"Did ya hear that Jack they jacked up the price ten cents a hundred ya know it's bad enough that we gotta eat what we don't sell now they jacked up the price can ya believe that" said Kid Blink

"This will bust me I'm barely makin a livin right now" said Skittery

"I'll be back sleepin on the streets" said Boots.

"Come on it's a rig deck they got all the marbles ok" said Race putting his arm around me.

"It ain't fair we got no rights at all" I said.

"Let's make a deal nobody comes through those gates till dey put the price back where it was" said Jack.

"No we're just a bunch of angry kids with no money maybe if we got all of the newsies in New York" David said.

"Yeah well we organize Crutchy you take up a collection" Jack said.

"Hey what strike what demands?" asked a brown haired man coming up too me and David

"Um the Newsies demands we're on Strike" I said

Just then the door busted open
