AJ'S POV
*the next day*
Cody sent out a group message to Jake, Oliver, and myself saying
"surf's up mates! ya ready to catch some rad waves?"
the guys replied with "yeahs" really quickly
you just privately texted him.
A: we could walk together
C: "yusss! see ya in a few"
you got ready and grabbed your board and met Cody when you walked out of the house. y'all walked together and when you got to the beach he looked at you and said
"ready mate?"
"of course!"
you kissed him on the cheek then ran to Oliver and Jake.
Jake grabbed your arm and pulled you aside
"what was that AJ?! you said you didn't "like like" Cody!"
"nooooo. I said I didn't see him as my boyfriend! I've had a HUGE crush on him forever!"
"but he loves you!"
"he does?" I couldn't help but get all jittery on the inside.
"ARE YOU EFFING BLIND?!" Jake scream whispered
"Whatever. Don't mess with me Jakey"
