"Uhm yeah sure... but we are going to sing for awhile... and then we'll talk. So you'll have to hear me sing and stuff... I'm sorry." I told her.
"That's fine!" she said.
I went and FaceTimed Cody. He immediately picked up the call.
"Hey angel! How are you?" he asked me.
"I'm good. Oh Cody! This is Eliza, my friend." I said pointing the camera at her.
"Oh, hi!" She said waving.
"Aye!" Cody said.
"You ready to sing babe?" I asked him.
"Of course!" He said.
"Let's sing my new song, La Da Dee." he told me.
"ahahaha okay!" I said kissing the screen.
He blushed.
"That is as close to a kiss from me as you'll get in the next 7 and a half months," I told him.
"I know..." Cody said, "here!" he kissed the screen back.
"You are so darling," Eliza said.
"Oh haha thanks..." I said blushing.
Cody went and got his ukulele. He was strumming.
"There's no way to say this song is about someone else. Everytime you're not in my arms, I start to lose myself," he sang. "Someone please pass me my shades, don't let 'em see me down," I sang by myself. "You have taken over my days, so tonight I'm going out. Yeah I'm feeling like there is no better place than right by your side." we sang together.
We finished out the song and Eliza was sitting in awe.
"Wait, you can sing too?! Holy cow! I totally ship Calli!" she told me.
"Haha thank you! Oh yeah... In seven and a half months, Codes is doing a show here and then I am finishing the tour with him."
"Oh my gosh! That is going to be perfect! You are so precious, love!" she said.
"Hey Allison, can I see your room and everything?" Cody asked interrupting Eliza and I.
"Yusss!" I showed him around my room, recording room, and closet.
"Woah! I cannot wait to see it in person!" he said.
"I know... You'll have to wait. Well I gotta go Codes. Eliza needs to get back. I'll call you later." You said kissing the screen.
"Love you," Cody told you as he kissed the screen.
