Picture of Sam^
Hellos. It's me again. Gracie. I forget what happened last chapter. We were at Ha-I mean Lilli's? Right? Okay. Um. I still don't know what to say. After the guys explained everything we just kinda hung out at Lilli's house. We messed around, but it was pretty much like all of our other sleep overs. We were all just acting crazy and stuff. I don't remember what was so important about this one. But it was this one. Maybe it was-oh! I know now! This was when-gah! Stevie! That's not nice. I wasn't going to tell. Anyways. Now I remember what I was supposed to be telling you. We were still at Lilli's, and we had just finished talking about our powers and junk. Okay.
After the guys finished explaining Nassir and what they are, Lilli's little brother, Kurt, walked in the room. "What's up guys?" he walked up to Sam, with a huge phony smile on his face, and put his arm around him, "Having a party?" Sam was the only one that he could reach. Sam made a face at Kurt, but let him keep his arm on his shoulder. Kurt let his arm drop from Sam's shoulders, "Not gonna tell me huh? Don't wanna taco bout it?"
Lilli turned to her little brother and said, "It's nacho business."
He turned and put on his shoes, "Whatever. Bye." Davis looked confused at their exchange, while none of us girls were phased one bit. Kurt walked out the front door.
"The basement is free!" Taylor yelled, "Basement dwellers rejoice!" She yelled as she ran down the stairs. Ava chased her down, and the rest of us followed them down. Kim, Stevie and Lilli were all sitting in a chair, their legs intertwined, making a strange triangle. I ran towards them and jumped. Lilli screeched, I landed in the middle of their triangle. Kim pulled a comforter off the floor and threw it on top of me. The guys lounged on the floor. "So? How do we know for sure what our powers are?" Taylor asked.
The guys shrugged, "We'll be able to tell for sure when you start training." Augustus answered. He reached over and grabbed something off the floor.
Macy and I both saw it and yelled "Roy!" We tackled Augustus and wrenched it out of his hands. Macy brandished it in the air, it was Kim's toy t-Rex that she brings to sleep overs. "Give it to me Macy!" I yelled at her and chased her through the basement. She ran and turned abruptly into a door way. The door was still closed. I crashed into her and we both tumbled to the ground, resulting in a loud thud.
"Are you okay?" Lilli yelled.
"Yes!" We answered simultaneously.
We walked back to the room where everyone else was sitting. Max looked around. "So what do we do now?" We all shrugged. Lilli found some game controllers for the Xbox and Ps4, and she, Stevie, Davis, and Dixon started playing Minecraft on the Xbox. Kim pulled some playing cards out of her pocket and Ava found the spoons that Lilli keeps in her basement, and we started a game of spoons. Sam laid on the ground next to Jim. He kept pointing at cards, trying to mess him up. "Dude. Stop," Jim slapped his arm. Sam smiled, but kept doing it. "Stop," Jim said.
"But I'm bored." Sam moaned.
"Me too." I said, throwing my cards down.
Everyone put their cards down. "What can we do?" Barry asked. "I don't wanna go home yet. It's boring there." Jim smiled crazily. Barry saw his face and knew he had a bad idea.
He said one word, "Firetruck."
Sam quickly scooted away from Jim, "No. Not that. Anything but that."
Kim smiled the same smile as Jim, "Yes. We have to."
"No!" Barry and Sam yelled simultaneously.
"What's Firetruck?" Ava and I asked.
"Only the worst game in the world." Sam pouted.
Jim laughed, "Here. I'll show you." He scooted towards Sam, who scooted a an farther away, but Jim grabbed his ankle and pulled Sam back towards him.
"Jim. Don't. Don't. Jim!" Sam yelled and turned in his grip, and ended up kicking Jim in the stomach. Jim fell back and landed on he ground with a thud and a grunt.
"I'll show them. C'mere Gracie." Kim scooted closer to me.
"Okay." I agreed, a little unsure.
Kim put her hand on my knee and said, "I'm going to move my hand up your leg. Say red light when it gets uncomfortable."
I squealed as her hand slowly slid up my leg. She got half way up my thigh before I said, "Red light."
She smiled crazily, said, "Firetrucks don't stop for red lights," and kept going until I slapped her arm away.
"Oh I remember this. We played this before right Kim?" Stevie asked from her chair. Kim smiled and nodded. "You just touched my knee and I stopped you, and I got all the way to the waist of your pants before I felt too awkward." Stevie added. Kim smiled and nodded again. Stevie shook her head and went back to her game.
Sam looked at Kim confused, "How?"
"I am not ticklish in the slightest." She answered with a straight face.
We sat in silence for a few seconds, until Jim yelled, "Sam's turn!" He grabbed Sam and pushed him towards me. "Go Sam!" He fell and face planted right in front of me. He quickly got up and tried to tackle Jim to the ground. Sam climbed on his shoulders, but Jim didn't waiver.
"You're not doing it right." Dixon said. He put down his game controller and jumped to Jim, grabbing his shoulders and falling to the ground. Immediately Jim fell, and Sam toppled on top of the two other boys.
"Doggie pile!" Augustus ran at them and jumped on top of the pile, giggling. Davis put down his controller, walked over and sat down on Augustus's back.
"Ahh! Get off me!" Dixon yelled from the bottom of the pile.
Taylor and I got up and stole the boys' chairs that were playing the game and picked up the controllers. We all were having a wonderful time, until, someone's phone rang.
"Hello?"
