I looked up at him, taking in his beautiful features. "I still can't believe how we ended up here." I say quietly.
He stared me straight in the eyes. "I know babe, it's so crazy." he said.
It was silent for a moment. Not an awkward silence, a nice and comfortable one. I looked at how the waves smashed into the rocks. "What if they never find us?" I asked him with a sense of nervousness in my voice.
He took my tiny hand in his large one and placed some kisses on it. "then at least we'll have eachother."
