THIRD PERSON POV
It's been days and Carmen was still searching for the damn house. Xavier messed up big time. Carmen is on verge of losing her patients. She wants to kill. She needs to kill. Finally the third time's the charm. They finally have the real direction. This time Carmen is the one who's driving. Carmen sped off towards the house. She was thinking about all the things she was going to do to Jake. She made a 30 minute drive only lasts about 10 minutes. Once she got there she kicked the door open so hard that it flew across the room. Jake looked up in surprise. "I was hoping you wouldn't find me, Carmen. Well, after I'm finished with these two I want to rip your skin off your body." He smirked.
"You won't live long enough for that." Carmen looked at Fred and Lara. She could see they're are in bad shape. She turned to her men. "Get them to the Hospital. Leave Jake to me. Inform my sisters." She said. Her eyes never left Jake. Jake never even attempted to fight them. "Take them. They are pretty much dead anyways." Once they were alone Carmen jumped at Jake. Her first punch sends him to the floor. She waited for him to get up. She wanted him to see how much he underestimated her. Jake stood and immediately charged her. He pinned her to the wall and took a swing at her head. She blocked the punch and then kneed him in the gut.
He stumbled back. His eye caught site of the knife on the table. He picked it up. "Let's see how well you dodge knives." He lunged at her. Carmen pulled out her own knife. They both were throwing punches and swinging knives. Each one blocked by the other. Jake kicked her foot and made contact with Carmen's stomach sending her over to the wall by the stove. He came at her with the knife and she grabbed his wrist. They wrestled with the knife. The pot of boiling water was knocked off the stove exposing the flame. Jake lean his arm over just enough to put Carmen's arm directly into the flame and held it there. Jake was surprise to see her face was expressionless. His experience, usually anyone who was dealing with flames, will always scream or be in pain. But Carmen didn't show any sign of hurt at all. Carmen smiled.
"My whole life had been a pain for me. A little flame doesn't scare me!" She pushed him away and for a moment Jake was speechless. Carmen just installed a little bit of fear in his system. Carmen ignored her burning arm and ran at Jake once again. This time she was going to get that knife. Instead of grabbing Jake, this time she wrapped her fingers around the blade, injuring her fingers in the process. She twisted it down and was able to snap Jakes wrist causing the knife to fall. Jake yelled in pain. He turned and grabs his wrist. Carmen grabbed him by the hair and slammed him into the table. This time Carmen didn't allow him to get up. She kicked him repeatedly. Then she started to punch him. She hit him over and over again.
Jake was out cold and yet Carmen continued to punch him. She would have killed him right there but Damien touched her shoulder. "Carmen... Save some for me. Don't let him off that easy." Carmen looked at him but said nothing. She just got up and run to her car. She had to get back to Larissa. Damien stood there, admiring his granddaughter handy work. He smiled. He lightly kicks a very unconscious Jake on the floor. "I can't wait to show you my toys!" He said in a very sadistic way...

LARISSA'S POV
It's been days. DAYS! There's still no news about my parents and Carmen. The twins convinced me that they all be fine. But I am worried about their safety. I can't sleep, I can't eat. I just want them to be here and alive. Catherine ran to me. She was breathless. "Xavier just calls. Your parents both fine and they both in the hospital." I cry again. This time I feel relieve they both safe. "Carmen?" Catherine looked away. "He mentioned about she's dealing with Jake." My heart drops. Why is she that careless! "What?!" Catherine walked to me. "Come on. Let's go to the hospital." I nodded and followed the Larove's to the hospital with my sisters and Hope.
The whole ride was silent. Not one of us talks. Hope was playing with Camellia's hair because she said it look so wavy. "Mommy okay?" I startled by a soft voice. I looked up and see Hope. "Mommy is fine." I smiled at her. She smiled back. "Where's daddy. I miss daddy." I chuckled. "Hope, she's mom. Not daddy." She shrugged. She always called Carmen daddy. Probably because of how she act and her choice of fashion, she see her as a male persona.
The Larove's sisters chuckled at Hope's nickname for Carmen. We arrive at the hospital. Two men in black suits open the door for us. "Lead us." Catherine ordered them. They both nodded. "Any news about Carmen?" Christina asked them. "Mr. Christ is handling it miss." They said. "She's alive?" They both nodded.
I feel relieve. She's alive. Thank God for that. They led us all to a VIP room. They opens the door and I can see Carmen's parents. They both smiled. I look at my parents who just lay motionless on the hospital bed. Dad is in pretty bad shape. Mom's face was covered with bruises. My heart drops. My parents are suffering from my action years ago. They were beaten half to death by the person who once they call their son, the person who always so sweet and caring. "DADDY!" Hope yelled and ran towards the door. I looked up to see Carmen in pretty bad shape too. What is that smell?! "OH MY GOD!" Catherine grabbed her arms and gasped. "HE BURNED YOU!" It was her burning flesh that we all breathe.
"You okay Sweetheart?" I wiped my tears and ran to her. I hug her with all my heart. "Thank you..." I whisper in her ear. She hug me back with her other arms. "Alright love birds. Let's go to the emergency room Carmen. We need to get that fix." Christina drags her little sister. "I want my reward sweetheart!" Carmen manages to say and wink at me while being drag. Finally I genuinely smiled. She still can think of sex while in that state. Carmen will always be Carmen. The Laroves just laughed at the sight of the youngest member. Finally, its over....

CARMEN'S POV
Christina drag me to an emergency room. It's just a little burn. No big deal. "How can you be so careless?" Here comes the lecture. "Look, I just want to keep everyone safe. I didn't kill him. Grandpa probably will." I chuckled. "This is not the time to chuckle!" What is up with her today. "How did you burn your arm?" "Stove." I simply said. She look at me puzzled. "It's an abandoned house." A doctor came in and smiled. Oh no it's her! "Well well... If it isn't Carmen." She smirked. "What's the problem today?" Christina showed her my arm. Her eyes widen. It's not even that impressive. "Well let's fix em shall we." She smiled. I nodded. I've been in this situation far too many. While the doctor fixes my wound, Christina kept on staring at me like shes having some unfinished business with me. "Stop raping me." "I am your sister. I have the rights to stare." She smiled. "I've booked everything that you've asked. It will be here next month." I smiled. "Good."
After everything, the doctor let me go. "You're lucky it's just a second degree burn." I smiled and waved. Christina stops me. "I have something to tell." Alright. This is a first. "What is it?" She looks trouble. "I need help." Ok this is weird! "Alright. Tell me." She sits on the nearby bench. She looks like she's going to cry. "Mom and dad ask me to tell you that after everything is settled, they want to bring Larissa's family on holiday with us to our private island." What? She burst out laughing at my confused state. "You bitch. Why are you acting so serious about it!" We both laughed. "It's fun to see you all nervous." She suddenly hug me. "Next time, don't be too reckless. We all love you." She pulled away and smiled. We both walked towards Larissa's parents ward room. Catherine said mom and dad already left with Hope and will come back with food. Camellia is buying coffee for all of us with Amanda and Vivian.
My eyes caught on Larissa, resting her head on her mom's hand. "She's tired. She couldn't even sleep while you're out there, killing yourself." "Go there and calm her!" Christina pushed my body forward. I touched her shoulder and kiss her head. She lifted her head and turn to me. She smiled. Her face look tired as hell. Her usual cheerful self is now as dull as ever. "How are you?" I smiled. "I'm okay. Nothing can break me that easily. No offense to Mr. Vincent." She released a soft laughed. I really like that laugh. "I love you sweetheart." I took a seat next to her and let her head rest on my shoulder. She's turned and kisses my neck. "I love you too baby." Shivers run down my spine. She knows my weakness.
She chuckled. "I really like how your body reacts to my kiss." She said and I smiled. "I'm glad." She put her arms onto my body and sighed. "I'm tired." She said. I leaned in and kiss her forehead. "Rest up. Sleep." I said and in just minutes I heard a soft snore came from her. Camellia was about to say something when she enters but Christina put her hand on her mouth. "She's finally asleep. So shut up!" Christina whispered. I smiled. They all stayed silent and whisper towards each other. I looked at this angel and smiled. I am willing to die for her than seeing her crying like before. She's my heart and soul...
