"Hey, Evie!"

I jump in front of my friend Evie and slam my hands on her desk making her jump. Class was about to start so we were waiting for the second bell to ring.

"Have you heard of the new game that came out?" I asked.

"Which game?" She ask getting her notebooks out of her backpack.

"Infinite World of course!" I shouted.
"Everybody is talking about it. Of course you should know."

" 'Course I heard about it. I'm going to get the game." she said smiling.

"Me too! I'm so excited!"

"Can you lower your voice a little?"

"Fine. How's this?" I asked as I tried to lower my voice at a normal conversation level.

"Thats okay."

The second bell rang and the teacher walked into the classroom. Evie got her pencil out and placed it on the table. I leave Evie and walk towards my desk to get ready for class.

3:50 P.M. School over.

Last class of the day was finally over. I was tired but not too tired that I won't be able to play Infinite World. Evie sees me and walks over to me.

"Have any homework?" She asked.

"Finished them during class. You?"

"Finished."

We walked home together and ran into a few classmates on the way. We were talking about Infinite World and other things.

"What will your class be in the game?" Evie asked after our classmates left.

"I don't really know. It's hard to choose one out of all the classes you want to be." I replied.

"Well choose wisely in the game. You only get to choose once and that's it. You can't go back or redo anything."

Evie crosses the street. Her street was a few blocks away from mine.

"You too. Bye." I said waving at her.

Evie waved back and turned around leaving. I turn to the direction I have to go and start walking down a small hill.

It was quiet once I got home. No one was home, which was good because then no one would disturb me when I'm playing the game. I put my backpack down and sat in a chair. The game was installing and I had to wait a few minutes. I look at the system that sat beside my bed.

"I forgot to set it this morning so I wouldn't have to wait. Unbelievable."

I look up at my ceiling and spin my chair. Then I heard a beeping sound from the Amusphere. It's finally done, I think as I jump off my chair and go to the system. I lay on my bed and put the head gear on. The gear looked like a pair of sunglasses that is made of technology. I turn the game on and closed my eyes.

"Log on."

The game awaits in the virtual world.
