♛ ZAC'S POV ♛
"I don't know who you fucking think you are, but stay away from Maddi, my family and me. You're all bluffs. Go run along and play with your stupid toys. I'm done with this game." Grunting, I end the call kicking the wall hard with frustration. This is all so stupid. They're messing with the wrong person. I almost chuck my phone onto the phone when I feel a tap on my shoulder.
"Wow, Zachary, you okay? You seem abit flustered." Mum tells me worryingly as I turn around placing her hand on my forehead, cheek and neck checking for a fever.
Forcing my anger to melt away, I chuckle softly grabbing mum's hand away and smiling at her. " Mum I'm fine, it's just a bit hot in this suit." She nods her head before grinning like she's won a million bucks.
"Check you out! My baby son all grown up! Go on then, give me a spin!" She laughs as I turn around mockingly clicking my tongue pointing at her when I see her again.
She adjusts the my black bow-tie which took me ages to do but wasn't right until now. Smiling to herself, she dusts of the imaginary fluff from the top of my navy suit before looking at me with both of her hands on either sides of my cheeks. "Your a good boy Zac. You make me feel like the proudest mother ever."
She kisses my cheek and I squirm under her touch. I don't want anyone to find out I'm a mummy's boy. But now, I think thats long gone.
"You look after Maddi. You and her are good together." She tells me whilst I try to hide my surprise but fail.
"You knew?" I ask gobsmacked.
"A mother always knows. Plus didn't you think I didn't notice how over the moon you were when I told you to go sit next to her on the plane. Or whenever I mention her name your eyes light up like on Christmas day just like now."
I look to the ground and laugh.
"Well mum, she's a very lucky lady. To have me as her boyfriend. You know girls would kill for her place."
"Of course Zachary. Of course." Smirking as she raises her eyebrows fixing her bangles on her wrist.
"You look beautiful mum." I say with sincerity making mum blush.
She pats down her long cream gown, which shimmers in the light. A few silver bracelets, earrings and necklace stick out with adds to the whole look.
"Thank you Zachary."
With a mischievous look in her eye she continues to tell me exaggerating every syllable. " Sooo, you and Maddi would have cute kids."
Mortified, I cover my face mumbling incoherent words, embarrassed that my MUM is telling me this.
"Stop."
"Yeah, you know I'd love to be a grandma. Imagine little Zac running around. Or a Maddi helping out."
"Please."
"Yes, yes, I love the name Amelia, its all fairytale to me. And for a boy-"
"I'm begging you."
"Maybe called, Rowan.." All of a sudden I hear a gasp, I look up quickly, seeing mum clutching my hand worried.
"WHAT IF ITS TWINS?!"
