"Describe your relationship with your mom in one word" Jamie said to me in our meeting
"Ummmmm complicated" i said crossing my legs
"Explain, why you say that?" She asked tapping her chin
"Well we aren't exactly a perfect picture of what and mother and daughter are" I said
My mom stared at me with sad eyes.
"Are you ok with that Karla" Jamie asked looking at my mom. My mom nodded and hung her head low.
"In order to be where you want, you guys have to let all the negative stuff go and break new boundaries and walls, y'all set up toward each other. You have to be the one to say 'i love you'. Telling me how you feel is good, but you guys also have to talk to each other and communicate that stuff to each other. You wont get anywhere if you're brave here and go back to the same lifestyle outside these four walls" Jamie said pacing the room back and forth looking at my mom and i. I sighed heavy and propped my legs up on the couch
" i want you guys to explore each other and to do that, i want you guys to spend the weekend together in a place outside of Atlanta. Just the two of you in a hotel , bonding and saying ' i love you'." Jamie said
" I cant, im pregnant! I yelled out
"Congratulations! Just because you are doesn't mean you're exempt. You're just making excuses because you dont want to do this. Too bad" jamie said eyeing me. I sucked my teeth and threw my head back
"It'll give you time to reflect and forgive. That's the task this weekend to reflect and forgive and we will meet again Monday and you will tell me how you reflected and how and why you forgave" jamie said
"For the rest of the meeting you two canplan the trip and make arrangements"
I pulled out my phone to text Tai to tell him what i had to do. He wasn't happy about it but he understood.
"No men just you two" jamie said eyeing me intently. I shot her a sarcastic smile and looked at my mom.
" we can go to New Orleans for the weekend" i said watching her. She nodded her head and i took my phone out to book our flights. We were leaving friday night and coming back sunday night.

I was home in bed watching RHOA with two pickles and a tub of caramel crunch ice cream. Tai went to popeyes to get me some food. Kyrie had been kicking mw all day and i was fed up with it.
"Stop kyrie, daddy will be back" i said rubbing my stomach. She waa a big daddy's girl. She kicked and punched my insides everytime she heard his voice.
I started dozing off clenching my stomach when Tai walked in the room. He handed me the bag and stripped down to his shorts and tee. He got in the bed beside me and kissed my cheek twice before resting his head on my legs. I stroked his head and ears as he drifted to sleep. All that filled the room were his snores and the sound of Porsha and Cynthia arguing. Tai tossed and turned a couple of times because of it.
I squealed in excitement at what Tai got me causing him to suck his teeth.
"Sowwy baby" i said stroking hia head
"Nah you're cool, i know ya greedy ass is hungry" he said with his eyes closed facing me. I stared down at how sexy he was. His warm caramel skin waa glistening and his soft lips were slightly apart.
"Stop staring at me" he said with his eyes still closed. I sucked my teeth and he smirked
"Its just that, you're so sexy and im lucky to have you. Im lucky to be having Kyrie with you and i love you. We've been through alot and you mean so much to me" i said crying. These hormones were messing me up
"Ahh man here we go, just eat baby and stop with the muhy shit" he said opening one eye to look at me. I blew him a kiss and he bit his bottom lip causing a moan to slip out. He chuckled before sitting up putting his face in mine. He pressed his lips against mine and i melted. I tried to deepen the kiss but he pulled away. I stared at him in astonishment.
"Later, now eat" he said returning back to rest on my legs. While Tai slept, i ate my food. My baby bought me a box of 100 spicy chicken tenders with all types of dipping sauces. He bought me a box of biscuits and two containers of mashed potatoes. I had corn on the cob and a shit load of fries.
Within an hour, the food was gone. Tai was still asleep but laying on the pillow beside me. I decided to shower and clean around the house to kill time before i had to cook.
