Silvano woke up first, taking a minute till he opened his eyes, feeling slightly more comfortable than from when he fell asleep. He finally opened his eyes and saw Jay sleeping soundly beside him, her body resting against his, her lips less than a few inches away from his. He turned slightly red but smiled, trying to reach for his hoodie to cover her with.

Feeling the movement, Jay grunted in protest, her head moving forwards unintentionally and closing the gap between their lips.

He quickly moved his head back, his face completely red. "H-hey Jay." She grunted again, this time slowly opening her eyes.

"Shut up I was sleeping we..." Jay started before her eyes widened and she froze, realizing what position they were in. She turned bright red but made no motion to move. Silvano attempted to kiss her again before shaking his head quickly and pulling away, his mind clouding with regret. Jay didn't notice though because she was still trying to get over how close they had gotten while sleeping.

"Uh..." She tried, failing to create any solid thoughts.

"I-it was nothing..." he apologized, sitting up without smiling. She turned a brighter red, still not quite making a solid thought.

"I... Uh... It.... Um..." She tried before shaking her head, trying to clear her mind "I... Ok...?"

"That's what I get for trying to score some points with a girl for once..." he muttered to himself, hoping she didn't hear. With trained ears she managed to hear him though, and she blushed harder, sitting up and looking downwards.

"It wasn't that bad in my opinion..." She muttered under her breath. Silvano not taking notice of her retaliation stood up and brushed himself off. Jay stood up, grabbing her cloak and putting it on before heading to the front of the barn, recomposing herself.

"Ok so tonight we're going to head into town," She started, looking up at the moon "It's about 12 already, so we're going to have to hurry." She glanced back at Silvano, blushing a bit "So um you ready?" He gazed up from the floor and met her eyes before hurriedly looking away.

"Y-yes ma'am" he blurted. She blushed a bit more before turning back to the road leading to the town and starting to sprint towards it.

Silvano pulled the collar of his sweatshirt up, right below his nose, smelling the sweet and smoky scent of his family before running after her.

Jay finally slowed her sprint as she reached the edge of town, where it began to get packed, and caught her breath before speaking.

"Ok so two main things today. We both need blood, and you need a magic hooded clothing item." She stated.

"Blood??" he shouted, horrified. "Do I have to?"

She smacked his shoulder "Quiet down before someone hears you! And yes, unless you want to die."

"No, no, no, no. Don't start pulling the 'or you'll die' stuff on me!" he argued, his voice rising quickly. She smacked his shoulder again.

"I said quiet down! And what is the most basic thing you know about vampires?" She asked.

"That they drink blood. Well suck blood. Like in Hotel Transylvania!" he commented, getting a little too excited when he mentioned the little kid movie. She chuckled, about to reply before she heard a deeper chuckle from the ally behind her.

"Yes, quite like that silly little movie." The voice replied for Jay darkly, stepping out of the shadows to reveal the werewolf from the other day. Jay froze completely as he replied "Had a feeling you two would be out again."
