"Night are you awake?" Sophia said as she walked into my room.
I was sitting up in bed looking outside at the sun's reflection in the building next to ours. "Sophia where is Jake at?" I asked. I couldn't dodge this anymore.
"He is in the libary why?" She asked as I turned around and looked at her.
"I need to ask him something." Was all I said as I got up from my bed and walked past her.
Everyone was laughing and hyper today. Not me I found out something big last night. He visted me last night and told me something really important. About a life that i wouldn't suspect.
"Samatha can you please leave me and Jake to talk." I said as I walked into the libary. She looked at me then at Jake. He nodded his head and she got up and left.
"Night what's wrong?" He asked as he stood up.
I stared at him. From the day I first meet him i knew that something was worng but I started to ingore it."You lied."
"I thought we went over this already." He said. "I already told you I remeber everything that happened that night." He said shaking his head.
"No, I mean you have been acting like your a friend to all of us, but your not you are one of the many people who are keeping these stupid zombies here!"I screamed. "I should have know my sister didn't have enough power to keep zombies walking the earth for this long. I should have know that the demon council would find this as an oppertonity to control the one world that they couldn't get before."
"You think that it's me?" Jake asked as he sat down shaking his head. He broke out in laughter then. "You didn't figure it out by yourself now did you?" His voice changed into a more deep voice. "You the most evilest demon's pet he told you didn't he. Now Night that kinda is cheating."
I stood very still as he lifted his head so I could see his eyes. They were a bright purple. I gasphed in surprise. "Your eyes look just like.."
"Like the demon that tricked your sister." He said. "That demon was my older brother. As soon as I get Samatha to open the door to heaven then the real part will start. I want the angels to pay for what they did to my brother. You r sister is also on that list. Except no one knows where she is hidden at." He said as he stepped closer to me. "Now I have to get ride of you."
I looked at him then shook my head from side to side."You don't have to do this."
"Yes I do. Your sister killed my brother." He said walking closer to me.
"Now that is where you are wrong." Said a cool cold voice from the window. Sitting there in the window was Joe. His red eyes glowing brighter than ever. His hair was now a browner color than before because he was in the human world all the time now. "Your brother was killed by Night."
Jake looked at me."How he was stripped of his sould and his skin showed more magic than ashe would have."
"I have way more power than you will ever have."I said.
"Night calm down." Joe said giving me a special smile.
"Fine but can't I kill him?"I asked just as Samatha came running in. She had blood dripping down her arms.
"Night, It's Sophia!"She screamed not even caring what was going on. I rushed out the door in such a hurry I didn't care for anything else.
As we ran into the lab that was when the smell of blood hit my special nose. I ran into the extra room in the lab and found Sophia laying lifeless on the floor. Dropping helplessly to my knees i slowly picked her head up and tried to check for life. Nothing, nothing at all she was dead.
"She's dead." I said as everyon around me went silent and stood still. I couldn't stop the tears that ran down my checks. Joe was standing in the doorway with Jake next to him. I looked down at Sophia's lifeless body and slowly used all the power in me to open a door to a wonderful world just for her. This world was my home and our memories.
"Night, what do we do about Sophia's body. I mean won't she turn into a zombie?" Samatha asked.
"No she won't, I gave her a gift. I gave her the key to every world out there." I said as I looked up at the cailing. "I also gave her an angel to guide her home." I said picking myself up and walking ut of the room. Joe followed. "Joe, I still don't get your new name." I said.
He smiled" I thought you would like it."
