Jathose jumped from roof top to roof top. Landing hard he spun around hearing something move. Slowly puting his hand to the gun on his waist he listened.
"Now Jathose is that anyway to welcome your uncle back to the human world?" Jathose's uncle, Carney, joked as he walked out of the shadows. Hid red hair seeming ever redder under the moon light. His blue eyes daring the darkness to attack, while his fangs showed from under his lips. The acient sword he hand on his back looked to be glowing from the moon.
"Sir Carney,"Jathose said as he bowed, but his hand never left his gun," what causes you to be here?'
"Can't I come visit you? I mean I have to check up on the future king of the darkness." He said with a small hint of something else.
"You aren't here to sneak into the meeting are you?" Jathose asked knowing his uncle was forbidden from the meetings.
"No actually I am here to talk about the queen you picked. She is a young adorable woman isnt she? I wonder what will happen if she was stolden from you and used by someone else to be their queen and barer of their heir?" Carney said with a wicked smile.
"Over my dead body." Jathose said in a snapping manner.
"That can be managable, than someone can use her for good uses instead of just talking and keeping company." Carney said.
"Touch her and I promise you'll find yourself sitting with the Devil for dinner." Jathose hissed.
"My dear boy why would I do anything to her, I mean do I sound like I will do anything to her?" Carney said with a salesman smile.
"Yes you do, now leave before the council finds out you're in town." Jathose said as his uncle vanished in the shadows that sheltered him earlier.
Jathose moved off the roof to another roof than down on the street and walked to an old church. He heaved the door open to find about twenty or so people sitting there.
"Jathose, my lord, we have been waiting for you," said an older man as he stood up,"have you decided yet? Have you decided this world's future yet?"

The sound of thunder woke me. I sat up panting for my life and lifted the blankets on me, running to the bathroom as I threw up. Great way to start my day nightmares that seemed so real that I vommited and a storm, I looked at the clock it was only four in the morning. Sighing I sat down on the bed and looked at the notebook beside my bed Jathose scribbled something down on it. I picked it up and reading it carefully.

If you have awaken before I returned I am dearly sorry. I will return to you soon and I'll explain everything.

I looked at it a little longer wondering what he will do make sure he doesn't lose me. I layed back down in bed and looked at the ceiling of my room thinking. My stomach grumbled and I heading down stairs to look for some food.
"Are you sure about this?" A voice echoed in the hallway.
That voice it's a Elizbeth what is she doing up at this time?
"Chill sweety I wont go to ruff." Jake's voice echoed up the hallway.
Wait thay can't be. Sure enough a soft moan cam from Elizbeth.. Well I lost my appetite. Sneeking back upstairs I was sure I'd barf again,but I didn't I just sat in the window.
"Now now you're gonna catch a cold young lady." Jathose said from behind me, making me jump. He carried a tray full of food such as bacon pancakes and coffe. "I decided we should have breakfeast in bed." He said as I laughed.
He sat down next to me and made himself a plate and some coffee as i made my plate and coffe. We sat in silence as we ate.
"See I made all this." Jathose said with a smile.
"No way it's not black" I said jokingly as he stuck his tounge out.
Laughing was all we could do after that. "I should explain where I was." Jathose said in a serious manner as I drank my coffee. "I was at a meeting. A meeting with the creatures of darkness to disscuss the human lives. I had to choose what will happen to everything in this world." He said."I didn't want this world to die, only because you love it. This world makes you happy and if it makes you happy than it makes me happy, because I only want you to be happy. I'd do anything to make you happy, becsause I love you. Since the first time I met you, to training you in life to watching you grow I love you!" He grabbed me and kissed me. I gave in and moved my arms around his neck and kissed him back.
We stopped kissing and held each other togther. "I love you." I said as the tears fell down my checks , "You know this is forbidden right? If someone tells we'll both be killed."
"As long as I die with you I'm fine." He said with a smile.
A knock came from the door. I stood up but Jathose didn't let me go but put on puppy eyes. I shook him off and answered the door.
"Night good morning or should I call you by your really name Sage?" Jake said and at that moment the sound of thunder boomed through the room and the power went out.
"What have you done?" Was all I could say before the buliding started to shake and everyone was screaming.
Jake started to run but before he could a dark creature dragged him down the hallway and all that was heard was his screams. Creaturs started to come out of the walls and started to head my way but they didn't hurt me they sat there watching me. Jathose came up from behind me.
"We are in bad luck now, now the wedding has to be postponed till next week." He joked.
I looked over my shoulder at him and sure enough he was transforming into his hug monsterous self. I moved out of his way as he pushed through the door breaking it and stopped in the hallway and knelt down. I jumped on his back and he took off down the hallway with me holding on for dear life. Everyone was running screaming but they couldn't out run the demons that pounced on them and started to devour them all I could do for the now was cry.
