Kilis pov
I opened my eyes to see that I was laying next to a naked Y/N and that my body and her was pressed up against each other and I had my arms wrapped around her so I pulled her closer, kissed her head to only feel her move in her sleep so I smiled to only hear a knock at the door so I got out of bed, picked up my pants put them on then walked over to the door and opened it, when I opened it I saw fili standing outside so I walked out to only hear fili say
"My, my kili so that's what you where doing last night"
As he said that I rolled my eyes then said
"I'm her husband we'll sort of now what's wrong"
As I said that he looked at me and said
"It's thranduil, he wants to start battle and thorin is getting ready so he told me to tell you that he would like to see you get ready as well"
As he said that I sighed then said
"But what about Kalgan"
"It would be best if she doesn't join in on this one after all it is her real father that's starting this battle"
As he said that I sighed then looked back into the room to see that she still sleeping so I looked back then said
"Ok just let me get dress then I'll be there soon"
With that he walked off so I walked back in got dressed, when I was dressed I looked back at Kalgan to only see her smiling while sleeping so I walked up to her placed the note on the table next to her then kissed her head and said
"I promise I will come out alive my love"
With that I walked to the door, when I got to the door I looked back to only see the love of my life sleeping so I sighed then stepped out then made my way to the armoury so I can get ready for this battle.
A few hours later: Kalgans pov
I woke to the felt of a nice cool breeze hitting my skin so I rolled over to only see that kili was gone so I sighed and rolled back over to only see a letter that was written in kilis hand writing so I picked it up and read it.
My dearest Kalgan
I know I promised you that I won't leave you and that I won't die on you but I can't make that promise anymore so please believe me when I say this but I love you Kalgan I really do and I'm so glade that we spent the night together last night, I don't know if I'm gonna die out there today but if I do promise me that you will help fili rule this kingdom and that you will move on please Kalgan you mean the world to me and I love you more then life itself.

As I read that I felt tears rolling down my face I scrunched the note up then threw it away then said
"No please kili don't die on me"
As I said that I stood up put my clothes back on the went to find kili so I can talk to him about this.
