Kills pov: a few hours later
"I will not hide, behind a stone wall while others fight OUR BATTLES FOR US! It's not in my blood thorin"
As I said that I saw thorin walk over to me so I fought back the tears to only feel him place a hand on my shoulder and to only see him smile a small smile and say
"No, its not. We are sons of durin. And during folk, do not flee from a fight"
As he said that he made his forehead touch mine so I smiled to only feel him pull apart and say
"I have no right to ask this anyone of you, but will you follow me one last time"
As he said that everyone cheered so I did the same to only hear Kalgan say
"No please kili don't go".
Kalgans pov
As thorin said that I felt tears fall down my face so I said
"No please kili don't go"
As I said that kili looked at me so I walked up to him wrapped my arms around him to only feel him hug me tighter so I hugged him back to only hear him say
"I can't stay back and watch my people die, I'm a prince and when my people go to war I have to go with them"
"But what about me"
As I said that he placed a hand on my face and wiped the tears away and said
"I will see you again either in this life or the next life but I promise I will see you again"
As he said that I felt tears fall down my face so I kissed him to only feel him kiss me back so I held him tighter wishing he wasn't going, wishing father would stop this.
Kilis pov
After what felt like a life time of having Kalgans lips on mine she pulled apart so I placed her forehead on mine to only see tears rolling down her face so I wiped them away to only hear myself say
"Take care of yourself"
As I said that she hugged me then said
"Come back alive"
With that I kissed her head then said
"I'll try"
As I said that she hugged me tighter so I did the same to only hear fili say
"Kili come on we have to go"
With that I pulled apart from Kalgan but as i did I kissed her one more time to only noticed that she made the kiss more passionate so I pulled apart and said
"I lo"
Before I could finish the sentence she cut me off by saying
"Say it to me when you come back ok"
With that I smiled then said
"Ok"
With that I kissed her head then walked away wishing I wasn't going to battle, wishing none of this was happing.
