Lucas's pov
The next day, at the hallway seeing Missy Bradford picking on Riley.
"Riley back off, left the school, outsider!!" Laughing at Riley. "Lucas is mine, so back off." Riley was looking down, all alone. Walking towards them, I asked what's going on.
"Hey! Missy stop it, Riley doesn't deserve this!" I told Missy.
"Hey, Lucas" Missy winked at me. "Riley is just an outsider, kinda like you. But who care you're cute!"
"Missy, leave her alone!" I move closer to Riley. The bell rang, Everyone had to class.
"You got luck Riley, see you later Lucas." As Missy entered the class, Riley hugged me.

I conformed her as she cried. "You didn't have to help me,"
"I chooses too." I said as we entered the classroom. It was time to present our ways to change the school. Missy was first.
"We should expelled the outsiders for school because they have nothing to impact the world!" Everyone was in shock of what Missy said. Mr. Coleman told Missy to go to the principal office. Mr. Coleman then called me and Riley's name. Me and her were up to present.

"In this school, me and Lucas are in a group called the outsiders. We are alone, freaks, lost in the world. But I realized something, we are all outsiders. What's the whole point of this hierarchy, because we need to find ourselves in the world instead of making people think for us." Riley started the presentation "in school, I'm a shy girl, but actually I'm a cheerful happy girl. I was just so afraid about what people thought about me."
I then started talking. "We should be equal, unique, we don't need others opinion about us. So me and Riley decided that the hierarchy in John Quincy Adams middle school, should be permanently removed."
Everyone in the room, loved it they clapped because of that, Mr. Coleman was writing something down.

As class ended, Maya came up to me. "Hey Lucas can tell you something?"
"Yeah. What is it?"
"I wanted to thank you, what you said to Riley about me that She should be friends again." Maya said. Riley told me that she ended their friendship with Maya because she why a bad influence to her and also that was mad to her. It was during this morning. "So, Ranger Rick. I wanted to return the favour!"
"Okay, what is it?"
"I'm gonna help you ask Riley out!" Maya said.
"WHAT!!!" I yelled turning red.
