After the picnic set up, or lunch date, we went to our next destination. To the movie house.
Yeah, there were fans but they didn't mind us, though there are security at a safe distance in case someone tried to jump up on us. They all know this day is reserved for Shayne, I tweeted that. Some took pictures but never got too close. That's why I love our fans so much.
We watched the movie I have requested to the manager, The Vow. Shayne loves that movie so much and it was the same movie that we watched for our first date. Through out the movie, I held Shayne's hand, needing to feel her close to me. When the movie was over, she was emotional. It didn't surprise me though, cause that happens everytime we watch The Vow. We walked around for a bit and then decided to leave for our next destination because it was already 3 in the afternoon. I drove down the familiar neighborhood and stopped at a familiar house.
"Hey this is..." Shayne's voice faded.
"Yeah." I smiled and got out of the car to Shayne's side. I opened it for her. "Let's go." I grabbed her hand as I saw the new owner in front with a smile on her face. "Thank you for allowing me to visit, Mrs. Morgan." I smiled, thankful.
"That's totally fine, sweetheart." She said with a warm smile. "You must be Shayne. It's nice to meet you, darling." She smiled at Shayne and hugged her.
"It's nice to meet you, too. I'm glad our old house is yours now." Shayne replied. Mrs. Morgan is the new owner of my old flat. Shayne and I used to live there but agreed we needed to have a new, bigger house.
"Go on, I don't want to waste your precious time." She smiled.
We entered the house and I'm surprised everything was still the same aside from the small touches of change like the color of this and that. I led Shayne to my old bedroom and smiled.
"This is where it first happened." I chuckled and she blushed. "I remember we were drunk but none of us regretted it in the morning. That was the best drunken 'mistake' of my life." I looked right into her ocean blue eyes and gave her a light peck on the lips.
"That was my favorite drunken moment." She told me with a dreamy smile. We went back to the living room and went to the kitchen. I smiled as I remembered the things that happened in here.
"This is where we had our first real fight. Do you remember that?" I asked her.
"Yeah. It was about a rumor I saw on Twitter about you and Danielle." She mumbled and shook her head.
"We were shouting at each other. You were so mad you threw a spoon at me." I heard her giggle. "Then you left me with tears both streaming down our faces. I searched everywhere for you, Shayne. Cause no matter how many spoons you throw at me, it doesn't matter if that meant I'll be with you by the end of the day." I added with a warm voice.
"I love you so so much, Liam." Shayne said as she buried her face in my chest. I hugged her closer to me and we walked to the living room.
"I love you too." I answered as tears started forming in my eyes again. "Hey, remember what happened in here?" I asked, referring to the living room once we left the kitchen.
"Yeah." She giggled but at the same time a sad smile found its way on her pale cracked lips. "This is where I told you the big news. This is where I told you I was pregnant." She said, happiness and sadness both dancing in her glossy eyes.
"Yeah. Then I was silent, you thought I would break up with you but I ended up saying the name that I wanted our child to have." I chuckled. Yes, I got Shayne pregnant. We were 3 months into the relationship when the baby was formed.
"I was so scared. I didn't know how to raise a baby. I wasn't ready, but you held me and told me everything was going to be fine. You didn't even care about your career, but we kept it a secret." she mused.
We stayed for a little bit, just talking when we realized it's already 5 PM and we had to leave. I drove to the familiar hospital and together, Shayne and I went down the corridor and stopped at an utterly familiar empty room.
"This is where I stayed when I blacked out after one of our gigs in the city." I told her. She looked at me confused. "This is where I first saw you break down and I couldn't do anything about it because I was so sick. You told me I can have your kidney, you practically begged me to take it. You were 2 months pregnant by then." I remembered that day like it was just yesterday. I sighed and kissed her temple.
"I begged over and over again, and you declined over and over again." She said sounding like she was remembering that time.
"I love you Shayne." I said for I don't know how many times today.
"I love you too. So much." She responded.
