Harry's POV

---

"Now for some food!" Niall cheers as we leave our radio interview.

"Actually guys, there's this really cool new restaurant I'm dying to go to. It's close by, and they have live entertainment. I already know seven people that are going." Liam pipes in, like always with his great ideas.

"Name two." Niall demands.

"Usher tweeted about going, and Scooter Braun." Liam replies with a smirk.

"Fine, lets go." Zayn concludes. I honestly don't care where we go, I just want to sneak a drink.

--

It takes us twenty minutes to find a parking space because the restaurant is packed, but we are finally able to make it inside. The place is pretty massive. It looks like the place you would have a wedding reception at, with the dance floor in the middle, and a huge stage. My eyes wander over to the people already seated and ordering their food. The boys and I chose a table close to the big stage and take our seats.

All of the tables are being filled, and I recognize plenty of the people walking through the door. The waiter takes our drink orders and my eyes wander around until they land on a girl and a boy who seem to be arguing.

"Come on Cece, my only entertainment cancelled. Please don't make me look like a fool in front of all of these people!" The boy begs. I could be a decent person and mind my own business, but I choose to eavesdrop.

"Caleb I can't. I don't have anything prepared." The girl insists.

"Cece please, you have to do this." The boy drops to his knees in front of the pretty brunette and I can't stop myself from chuckling.

"I- ok. Fine." She finally agrees. I am actually looking forward to listening to her sing, she looks like she's good at it.

"Hello guys, thank you so much for coming to the opening of Live Shack!" Caleb announces on stage, receiving an applause as a response.

"Today, my good friend will be performing Who You Are by Jessie J. Please welcome, Cece Diaz." He introduces.

The brunette walks on stage carefully, taking a seat on the woofing stool and pulling the microphone stand between her thighs. I take my time to look at her. She's wearing a long sleeved flowy mid thigh dress, and her hair has natural wavy look. There's a flower headband around her head and she isn't wearing any shoes, leaving her completely barefoot. But that only makes her outfit look even better.

Someone begins to strum the guitar lightly, while the room goes silent. Cece doesn't look one bit nervous, it looks like she's used to the spotlight. She begins to sing and I'm completely blown away by her. Her voice is so smooth and tuned it almost makes me want to cry. She is absolutely incredible and I know I'm not the only one thinking that.

When she finishes singing, she receives a standing ovation from every single person in the room. Cece goes to take a seat, people quickly start to surround her. I can see how uncomfortable she is as people try to get her attention and I immediately feel bad for her.

"Please leave me alone!" She yells but no one listens to her. They all want to sign her, I mean, who wouldn't? She is incredible.

Before I can stop myself, I walk over to the crowd of people and push my way through. Cece is standing up trying to get out of the crowd so, I grab her hand, pulling her towards me and guiding her out of the human fort.

We both head outside, the boys following quickly without asking questions. We step outside and I hear Cece wince causing all of us to turn and look at her.
