12. RDMA's

Thank you guys so much for 1,000 reads! Here's a super long chapter in both Cece and Harry's POV. I tried to include all of the characters that I have had in the story, well except for Olivia. I hope you enjoy it! This is probably the first time an author's note will be in the beginning of my chapter. Thank you guys so much.

It took us three weeks to decide on what to do for my music video, and it took us about two days to shoot it. I still hadn't been able to see how it turned out because the director said he wanted it to be a surprise. I got to work with some pretty amazing people like Ashley Benson, Taylor Swift, and Miranda Kerr. When I found out that Taylor was going to be in my video I couldn't stop running around the studio.

The boys, Ed, Sean, Zuly, Ashley, Taylor and I were are all sitting on my couch, the tv turned to the MTV channel. Louis was setting up a twitcam because he wanted everyone to see our reactions to the video. I really hoped it looked good, I wanted my first video to be the one that was always remembered by everyone.

"1 more minute!" Sean shouted holding onto my hand and squeezing it hard. He was very excited about the video. That's all he could talk about for the past weeks.

The music video began with me sitting on a simple white chair in a black room, a spotlight on me as I sang the words to my song. The screen switches to a fourteen year old girl with short blond hair standing on stage during a play. She appears to mess up on her lines and everyone laughs at her. When she runs off stage crying a group of girls point and laugh at her. The screen switches back to me sitting there singing along to the song before it changed to a young girl with curly hair playing her guitar for the talent show. People from school make fun of her and tell her that she sucks at singing.

Then appears a girl with her brown hair in pigtails, looking at all of the popular girls. The popular girls look at her with disgust and make fun of her outfit. I appear on the screen again, singing for a while longer before a twelve year old girl with long dark hair is on the balance beam. She falls off and watched as everyone around her did great. She goes home and runs to the restroom holding a bottle of pills. Then it switches to the short haired girl from the play and she's sitting outside an audition room ready to walk out but someone grabs her hand. Ashley appears on the screen and it looks like they teleport into the future. The little girl watches in amazement as she sees her future self winning an award, and she sees herself on set of a TV show she stars in. The girl with the guitar is getting ready to put her guitar away for good when Taylor shows up and takes her hand, leading her to a huge concert she was performing at. The curly haired girl looks surprised as she sees herself on front of thousands of people singing her songs back to her.

The girl with the pig tails looks in the mirror and checks her body for all of the flaws people had been pointing out but Miranda comes and takes her hand, leading her to the annual Victoria Secret show, where she struts on stage, the cheers erupting from the crowd. Then the small brunette with the handful of pills waiting to go down her throat is surprised when I take her hand. The pills fall from her fingers and I take her to actual footage from when I won a gold medal at worlds. She looks up at me, with teary eyes and the music pauses.

"That's me, that's us?" She asks.

"That's us. Don't give up. You're perfect, don't let anyone make you feel like you're not. Don't give up or this will never happen." I tell her. She nods before the screen goes back to the short haired girl giving it her all in her audition, the girl with the guitar singing at different parks to get noticed, the girl with the pigtails learning how to walk like a model, and the little brunette flying on the uneven bars. The music video ends with Taylor, Ashley, Miranda and I giving each other a thumbs up.
