4 ~ Undyne

    You promised to stay with the Skelebros a couple more days. During lunch, Sans had to go to his post somewhere in Hotlands. You decide to go wander around a bit while he's there.
     You tell Papyrus goodbye and that you will be back before dinner. He waves goodbye to you and goes to play with his action figures. As you wander off, you find yourself in a damp place with waterfalls and glowing blue flowers.
      You walk up to one of the flowers and are startled when it starts to talk. "There's a new human in town," it says strangely. You frown and walk to the next flower. "She's staying in town for a couple of days," the next one says. Only after hearing the second flower do you realize they are echo flowers.
I wonder who was talking about me you think with a frown. You shrug it off keep going. You arrive at a cavern with what you think are stars are in the sky. But I'm underground you think before realizing they aren't real stars. You decide to sit down and look at them for a while. After a while you hear a deep voice behind you,"Hey (Y/N) what are you doing down here?" The voice startles you but after figuring out who it is, you calm down.
      "Oh. Hey Sans. I'm just wandering around a bit. Aren't you supposed to be at your post?" I replied. "Eh I got bonely so I decided to come get you." He said laughing at his own pun. You giggle a little and start walking with him. "Instead of going back to my post, do you just want to go to Grillby's. The great thing about having two jobs is you get twice the amount of breaks," he said nonchalantly. "Sure I guess," you respond lightly.
       He grasps your hand. This takes you by surprise and you flinch. "Oh eh sorry kid, I was gonna use so magic to get us there quickly, but if you don't wan-" He says, his cheeks tinting a light blue. "Calm down Sans! Trust me it's fine," you say and close your eyes.
     You suddenly find yourself in front of a restaurant called Grillby's. Sans and you walk in. You are startled to see a variety of odd looking monsters. "Hey Sans," "Heya Sansy!" "Greetings darling~" a couple of voices called out to Sans. He just blushed and walked over to one of the stools behind the bar. You sit down next to him.
      A farting noise makes the whole restaurant get silent. You look down to find a whoopee cushion on your seat. Sans is practically crying with laughter as you give him the death stare.
     After a couple minutes to calm down he finally says, "So (Y/N), I am just realizing I don't know a lot about ya." You shrug and respond,"To be honest, I don't know a lot about myself either." Sans nodded and said in a more serious tone,"Don't worry (Y/N), I'll help you figure it out." You blush from his sudden kindness and smile a little bit.
     Sans orders two burgers for the two of you from a fire man who was apparently Grillby. You and Sans talk for a while and laugh at San's terrible jokes. Suddenly a fish woman walks into the restaurant. Sans tenses up next to you. "Quickly (Y/N)! Hide somewhere!" Sans whispers to you. You try to walk as casually as you can to the bathroom to keep from drawing any attention to yourself.
      You hear Sans say, "U-uh he-hey Undyne. Didn't expect you to come here." Undyne so that's her name you think. Undyne replied, "Why so nervous Sans?" "U-uh no re-reason," he said in a wavering voice. "Have you seen a human around by any chance?" Undyne questions him. He lets out a sigh and says, "Alright (Y/N), come on out now."
      You were hesitant but finally came out of the bathroom. Undyne glared at you and started walking towards you. "Undyne, please don't hurt her! She's not like the others! I promise!" Sans yells. Undyne scoffs and replies with, "You think you're gonna stop me from doing my job just because you have a soft spot for a human?" Four energy spears appeared in the air as Undyne walked towards you.

This is a pretty long chapter so it took me a little while. I realize this book is probably getting really boring so I'm gonna add some interesting parts next chapter ;)
