"I'm in love with your hair, Kim!" I gush, braiding Kim's long, black hair.

"I love it too.." Jared's deep voice startles me, making me lose my grip on her hair.

"Okay, what have I told you guys about sneaking up on me?" I snap at him, placing a hand over my heart and breath in deeply, trying to calm my heart down.

"Sorry!" He says, holding his hands up in defense as he makes his way towards me and Kim.

"So, what are you wearing to the bonfire?" Kim asks when I start back up on her hair. I laugh softly and shake my head, "Why does it matter what I wear?" I ask her, wrapping a hair tie around the ends of her hair, securing the braid in place.

Kim shrugs, standing up and sits next to me as she grabs my hands. I look between her and Jared, both of them having a silly grin on their face.

"What?" I ask, freaking out a little. "What's going to happen at the bonfire?" Kim giggles and shakes her head, "You will soon find out." I look at her confused, both her and Jared chuckling. "I don't find this funny, you guys!" I whine, falling backwards on the couch with an arm placed over my forehead.

"You should wear-" Kim starts but I cut her off, sitting up and pointing a finger at her. "I will wear what I want to wear." I tell her, squinting my eyes at her then look at Jared. "Do you both understand?" I ask them and they both nod, making me smile and stand up. "Good." I say, exiting the living room and into the dining room.

"Hello Ms. Sunshine!" Embry says, walking over to me and swinging an arm around my shoulders. "What do you want?" I ask him, crossing my arms.

"What are you wearing to the bonfire?" He asks and I groan, pushing him away.

"I swear!" I start, poking Embry in the chest. "If anyone else thinks about asking me what I'm going to wear to the damn bonfire again, I.won't.go." I squint my eyes at him then look at everyone else around the table, "Do you understand me?" I ask them and they all nod. "Good." I say before entering the kitchen and see Emily.

"Someone's snappy, today." Emily says, stirring the sauce for the spaghetti.

I laugh and roll my eyes, lifting myself up and on the counter. "Everyone keeps asking me what I'll wear to the bonfire." I tell her, grabbing a banana from the fruit basket and peel it. "People are so nosey!" I dramatically sigh before taking a bite of the banana.

Emily laughs, walking over to the beeping oven and opens it, grabbing the homemade dinner roles. "Only on occasion." She says, placing the hot pans on a cooling rack before walking over to me.

"Just ignore them, darling. Wear what you're comfortable in and they'll shut up eventually." Emily's sweet voice says, patting her hand on my knees before walking back to the stove as I take another bite of my banana.

"Chlo!" Seth exclaims, walking into the kitchen. "Hi boo bear!" I say, hopping off the counter and make my way towards the trash can, tossing the banana peel out.

Seth ruffles my hair, making me groan, and walks over to the hot dinner rolls. "They smell great, Em!" Seth says, reaching over to grab one.

"I swear, Seth, if you grab one, I will beg Sam to rip you to shreds or I will." Emily snaps at him and I laugh, walking past her.

"Someone's snappy today.." I tell her in a sing-song voice, making her laugh.

"Hey Bee!" Sam says, walking into the kitchen. I smile up at him as he walks over to me. "How are you doing?" He asks, kissing my head before walking over to Emily and wraps his arms around her from behind. "Fine." I say before walking out of the kitchen and into the dining room.
