The Return to Hogwarts

"GINEVA MOLLY WEASLEY!!" the very angry voice of my mum as she entered the room of requirement. I froze on the spot, uh-oh I'm in trouble. "GINNY WHAT WE'RE YOU THINKING!!! YOU COULD OF HAVE BEEN KILLED!!!" not about four metres away did my mum stood, arms angrily crossed and her face expression would do for Halloween.

We had gotten back to Hogwarts about an hour ago, once we had landed Harry told us we had to go to Hogwarts where another horcrux was awaiting for us to find. I wasn't too keen of returning but I had no choice, we didn't get in exactly. Dumbledore's brother helped us where he lead us to passage way, where Neville had helped us too and now here I am waiting for the scolding of my life. My father just gave me a hug and he best knew not to interrupt his wife when she was angry. "I am so sorry......." I started to say but to my surprise my mum brought me into a hug. "Your safe" she whispered. I knew she had tears welling in her eyes as she pulled away to wipe them away. There was a noise behind us, Harry appeared along with my family, Tonks and Remus. "We have to go, Snape is gathering people down at the great hall" I nodded and walked towards Harry.

As students gathered, they walked down towards the Great Hall, Harry slipped in beside me while he slowly clutched my hand. I looked over and mouthed, "together" Harry gave me a smile. Once Snape arrived Harry manoeuvred his way through a group of fifth years where he nodded at their surprised faces. I looked around to see two new faces, both had weird evil looks. And then there was silence as the gloomy voice of Snape, "Many of you are surely wondering why I have summed you at this hour", he slowly trailed the front row. He stared at each and every student, "It's come to my attention that Harry Potter was spotted at Hogsmeade" The whispers filled the room but were stopped as if they never started. Snape spoke again, "Now then if anyone student or staff attempt to aid Mr Potter they will be punished in a manner of consistency with the variety in their transaction furthermore anyone who has knowledge of these events, who fails to come forward will be treated as equality guilty. " There was a pause before he stepped down from the steps, he made his way down the hall looking at each and every house. "Now then, if anyone here has any knowledge of Mr Potter's movements this evening I invite them to step forward, now" a long pause, no one spoke, but then there was foot steps. They echoed as the gasps of many students erupted, Harry stood bravely as he spoke, "it seems that despite your exhaustive defensive strategy it seems you still have a security problem head master" as he spoke the last words the doors flung open revealing my family, Hermione, Remus, Tonks and the staff behind them. "I'm a afraid its quite extensive" Harry paused before he continued I knew this was hard for him, "how dare you stand where he stood. TELL THEM HOW YOU LOOKED HIM IN THE EYE, A MAN WHO TRUSTED YOU! YOU KILLED HIM! TELL THEM" Harry raised his voice with each word he spoke directly towards Snape. Snape took out his wand ready to duel. But McGonagall bravely stood in front of Harry, McGonagall threw a few spells but Snape just blocked them. He then waved his cloak as he struck the two figures that had there wands drawn on Harry. They fell to the ground and Snape disappeared while destroying the glass window behind him. All the students cheered but it didn't last as there were screams.

Harry made his way towards a girl who was covering her ears. I wasn't expecting the voice of Tom to speak, " I know many of you want to fight. And that fight is wise. But every drop of magical blood is a terrible waste. Give me Harry Potter and I will leave Hogwarts untouched, you have one hour " the voices repeated and then they faded. The silence was never a good sign, but of course it always took one Slytherin to ruin everything. "What are ye waiting for? someone grab him". Over my dead body I thought bitterly as I stood in front of Harry as if to block anyone touching him. I interlocked our fingers, soon Hermione stepped forward along with many others. Even Cho stepped forward, it didn't bother me mind you but still I didn't like her. I zoned out as Filch came forward shouting and barking about students out of bed. Harry then stepped forward claiming about needing "time".

As we made our way back Hermione and I spoke about getting the students out of Hogwarts as the battle neared. The battle, it wasn't an option... Everyone knew it was closing in, "Ok lets talk to Harry about it." I nodded as we stood gathered in the RoR(Room of Requirement). The battle was commencing soon and I was about to follow the trio and everyone out but my mum stopped me. "not so fast Ginevra" she gave me a stern look which I did not appreciate, "But mum, I've helped them this far" I gave her a deep pan look. "no Ginny its too dangerous, your going home'' my father appeared and I silently begged for him to join my side but he knew better. Harry appeared. Yes! hopefully Harry would agree, "come on Gin go its way too dangerous I agree with your mum" I glared at Harry who looked taken back. He bloody should! "I am not going anywhere!" I barked angrily. My mum was about to protest but my father piped up, "how about she stay here in this room and not come out. Tonks will stay with you" My mum looked unsure, Harry was about to speak when I glared harder at him and he turned to talk to Hermione who appeared. My mum eventually agreed, I wasn't happy but it was better than being with my Aunt. She's awful. Harry turned to the group that gathered, Cho, Hermione , Luna and most of the DA gathered. "Can anyone bring me to the Ravenclaw common room?" Harry asked. I looked over and saw Cho. "I will......" Yeah like hell, I thought. "NO! I mean Luna will, won't you Luna?" I smiled over at Luna who nodded back. Cho looked upset. I sure wasn't hell letting Harry go up to the Ravenclaw coomon room alone with his ex! It's not that I don't trust Harry, it's Cho I don't trust. I know we are friends now but still. She was his first kiss!
