Whistling winds and bird chirps fill the airs of the melodious forest. Gale still asleep from his battle last night, Saria treating her wound from the dart she was shot with. Gale lets out a slight yawn, "Hey Saria. You feeling better". "Yeah, I just bandaged it up with a healing herb so it should be fine.". Gale looks down at himself, "I'm sorry Saria.". "For what?" Saria asked tightening her bandage. "If only I was stronger. You wouldn't have been hurt. And that guy wouldn't have gotten away." Gale clinched his fists "All I want to for others to be safe. No matter the cost!" Gale looked into Saria's eyes "You understand right?". "I do Gale and that is why I'm staying with you no matter what." Saria said holding Gale's hand, "Thank you. Now why don't we get going, we shouldn't waste this light.". Saria giggles, "Yes let's go."
Gale and Saria prepare their departure of the forest and head to the neighbouring town of Malorey, filled with master blacksmiths, high powering nobles and skilled artisans. The travel towards the town will take many moons to arrive along with the many small villages they plan to stop at for supplies and rest.
"So Galey where's our first stop?" Saria asked laying on a large tree's branch. "Were heading to Hyphlt River at the base of the waterfall." Gale said. "Why there? Can't we just pass through Hyphalt?" Saria jumps off the tree. "Well legend has it that a sword of great power lies within the depth of the river's cavern. So why not check it out am I right?" Gale smirks and continue on. "Yea I guess. But something feels off about it." Saria said with worry. "Its alright for now let's just focus on getting their and after that we should be close to Malorey." Gale said happily. "I trust you so let's go" Saria jumps back into the trees staying hidden to others.
They find their way out of the forest in almost 6 hours and arrive at the Grade plains filled with abundance grasslands, large naturally formed rock spires and a shrine for the goddess of wind. Saria returns to the ground "Well no more stealth for me". Gale laughs,"Well the river isn't far from here only about 2 days of a walk.". "TWO DAYS!" Saria falls to her knees,"Urghh this is to much". Gale looks at Saria and then notices that dusk is approaching soon, "Well why don't we set up camp neat that spire over there." Gale points towards the north. "Sure but its so far and my legs, they hurt." Saria began to rub her legs and looked up into Gales eyes. Gale sighs,"Fine get on". Saria jumps onto Gale's back,"Onwards Galey!". The two of them begin to laugh.
Gale lets Saria off his back and begins to catch his breath,"I'm never doing this again.". Saria giggles,"Sure but it was nice of you." Saria blushes. "Is that a compliment I hear?" Gale says while starting a fire. "OF COURSE ITS A COMPLIMENT!" Saria let's out a sigh, "know what just forget it, I'm going for a walk." Saria walks off. "What's gotten to her? Well whatever." Gale wipes off the sweat from his forehead. The full moon rises once more to the darkened sky. "Huh seems Saria isn't back yet, but I should get some sleep I'm sure she's alright." Gale dozes off on the grassy field.
A shadowy mist fills the area "An evil energy surges through the land. Dark monsters begin to take form and absorb the tortured souls roaming the world hidden to human eyes giving them new life at the cost of a desire to kill. The earth begins to shatter and separate into the four continents of Pasoni, Algeria, Masonic and Verona. Each one contains a temple overwhelmed with a dark power called Quellion. This power can only be suppressed with the use of an ancient art belonging to the eight gods, Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Dark, Light, Purity and Corruption. Unleashing these powers and freeing these continents are the key to your journey. Young saviour you are the only one capable of such a task. The fate of the world lay upon you. Soon in your travel you will meet one of the gods and will be faced a difficult trial. Use all that you have learned thus far and surpass it. Don't lose hope." The voice disappears and mist vanishes. A dark beats approaches and lets out a punch consumed with evil and shatter the reality.
"AHH!" Gales wakes up screaming in pain. Saria, who was asleep next to him grabs his shoulder, "What happened!". Gale responds with a serious tone, " I know now what must be done."
