The Gales Of Destiny

Chapter 6- Dark Assault

Gale prepares for their journey to the Hyphlt. "Gale? What's gotten in you?" Saria asked. "You will find out soon but for now let's press on." Gale said as he got up and point towards the waterfall's direction which could just barely be seen. "Right. But don't overwork yourself." Saria punched Gale's arm,"After all I expect much from our oh so great savior."."Shut up Saria." Gale said as the two began to laugh. "There's the Gale I know. Now let's go!"
The two began their trek to the waterfall. They encountered many wild beasts with a lust for blood but they were no match for the deadly strikes of Gale's sword neither Saria's expertise in fast, swift stabs and stealthy assassinations. They walked for days, stopping for camp every few days before dusk and joked around until they arrived at the quint little town of Yulilra, settled near the base of a mountain cave that leads to Hyphlt.
"YEAAAHH! WE MADE IT" Saria shouted out running into town. "Hey Saria wait up we still gotta figu-" Gale said just before he was interrupted, "Calm down already we've been walking for days let's relax for once." Saria said then ran into one of the local inns "I'll be waiting."."Hmm it has been an exhausting trek. What the heck. HEY SARIA WAIT UP!" Gale ran into the same inn as Saria.
"Damn this place is huge and looks amazing too. How can we even afford it." Gale thought to himself. Saria walked up to Gale with one of her 'ideas' again."Hey Galey our room on the second in the right wing" she said with a large grin. "Wow really, how much did it cost?" Gale said holding his sword to his shoulder. "Only 300,000 gold." Saria said quietly. "WHAT! WE CANT AFFORD THAT" Gale lost grip of his sword and cracked the flooring. "Don't worry we don't have to pay." Saria ran behind a wall. "What do you mean?" Gale said walking towards the wall. "We'll become MAIDS" Saria came back out dressed in a cute black and white maid's dress. "NO WAY I'M DOING THAT!" Gale shouted in Saria's face. "Too late." Saria grabbed Gale's arm and pulled him into the staff room.
"Welcoming the all new and improved Gale Everthorn!" Gale was pushed out of the staff room with a black dress "I hate you." Gale sighed then walked off. "Hehehe you look great. Now let's work like maids!" Saria's eyes began to gleam as she darted with enthusiasm. "Isn't this fun Gale.". "Yay I'm having a blast" Gale said sarcastically.
Four hours later the two 'maids' were just finishing up. "Phew I'm so tired but now we got a room all" Saria began to slow down he speech,"too our" Saria whispherd the final word into Gales ear "self.". Gale shuttered and jumped a little then replied "Umm you know I can just sleep outside."."Awww Galey your no fu-" Saria was cut off by a loud scream. "AHHHHH!". Gale darted out the inn to the sound of the scream, "Come on Saria hurry up!". They ran outside the town and saw a large chasm blocking their way. "Grr there's no time. SARIA THROW ME AS FAR AS YOU CAN!"."What but that's insane!" Saria said meekly. "JUST DO IT!" Gale shouted. "F-f-fine I'll find another way across" Saria grabbed gale and flung him over the chasm. "Let's do this" Gale began to spin wielding his sword straight ahead of him and started to glide across. "NOOO SOMEONE HELP ME!" the sound grew louder the closer gale got. "RAAAGHHH" A terrifying screech was heard in the same area of the cry for help.
Gale's eyes grew wider, "No, it can't be." Gale landed safely and saw a monster only sought of in legends. "HELP!" the lady being attacked screamed. "This beast its the Franox!". The Franox turned around bringing Gale into its view. "Grr its just Me and you, if I can't do it" Gale gripped his hand tighter, "no one can!" Gale jumped into the air, sword in hand straight for the Franox's head. "YOUR MINE!". "RAAARHHH!".
