Chapter 6: seriously?

       I was worried. Bryce just sat there. He looked mad, sad, and guilty all at the same time. I finally gathered the courage and slowly approached him. I sat down on the couch beside him not saying a word. I just kept looking at the floor but I could feel his eyes watching me. "Maddie listen..." He began "I-i don't know why but having you here has really been stressful for me. Maybe it's the low marks I got for school or the new responsibility, not that I'm trying to make up excuses....ughhh... What I'm really trying to say is I haven't been myself lately, and I really hope you can forgive me for all the stupid stuff I've done. I've been a huge jerk and I understand if you don't forgive me" he sighed finishing his thought. Should I really forgive him? Was he really being sincere? "Seriously? After all that you just apologize and have a change of heart?" I asked. "Ya, I know it seems sudden but I-I don't know how else to show I'm sorry" he seemed sincere.  I stood up about to leave but then I realized that everyone makes mistakes even me so I shouldn't hold a grudge. I walked back and hugged him. It seemed to catch him by surprise but after a few seconds he hugged back. I walked off smiling. Maybe this won't be so bad.

       I was on my bed sitting underneath my white fluffy blanket, when I heard a knock at the door. "Come in" I said, pausing pretty little liars. Bryce walked in with Jacob and Mark beside him. "What's up?" I asked wondering the reason they had interrupted my show. "Well I am going on this tour called magcon with Mark and Jacob and well my mom said you should come meet some friends and hang out so you want to come?"Bryce asked. "Sure why not?" I replied. They left they left oddly quickly and said they would tell me the details later. Magcon. Sounds fun!
