Do you ever feel lost?
Not literally of course but mentally
Like there's a corn maze in your brain that you can't find your way through
It's almost as if walls magically appear where there used to be an exit
And at night it gets the worst
As you try to sleep it all just shuts down
Your lost and crying out for help
But no one hears a thing
Like you don't exist
They walk right past you and don't even glimpse
Your just another insignificant little fragment on the pavement
Your stepped on and dropped
Carried and misplaced
But never left the same
New tears and pains appear
Leaving you crying out more than you were before
Sometimes the ones we love the most are the ones giving us those new tears
But you'll never end up in the same place as you used to be
Your just lost in a maze
Crying out in pain
But no one seams to hear a thing
