Chapter 4: Operation Failed

Apparently, Operation Gonna Getcha wasn't working as fast as your uncles had hoped. As much as I tried to stop him, Lou decided to take immediate action. After the lunch break, I had spotted your mother across the set, with her back facing us. Harry and Zayn walked over with me, while Louis and Liam hung back. We approached your mother, who was busy concentrating on something, Harry pushed me forward slightly, but I stumbled forward and bumped into Kate, who jumped in surprise and dropped the camera she was holding with a huge CRASH! She looked down in horror...
"WHAT WAS THAT?" Rob thundered as he ran over.

"Rob, I-I didn't mean to, I am SO sorry." stammered Kate.

Rob picked up the camera and inspected it, "It's broken. Do you realize how expensive this camera is Kate?" Rob hissed.

"Yes" she mumbled.

"Kate, I'm sorry, but I have no choice but to fire you."
"Bu-"
"Kate I don't want to hear it, go pack your things." Rob interrupted.

"Yes sir." The boys and I watched in horror as Kate sadly walked away, grabbing her purse and exiting the building.

"Looks like Operation Gonna Getcha is a failure.." Harry muttered. I turned around, glaring at him.

"Oh shut up." I snapped and stormed away.

"But Dad, How did you get Mum to go out with you?"

"Well.."

"He wouldn't take no for an answer" replied Kate, walking in with my three sons: Alex who was 10 and the 3 year old twins, TJ and Finn.

I smiled as Kate kissed my cheek, sitting next to me. Alex and the twins sat next to Macie on the floor.
