Chapter 10: Don't Forget Your Pants!

The four other boys gave me a quick peptalk as I nervously got ready for the big date.

"Niall, there's no need to be nervous," Liam said soothingly, "you'll be fine."

"Just be yourself mate, and you'll be fine!" Zayn stated.

"I have been on dates before lads, I know how to act... it's just that it's with Kate..." I sighed, turning from the mirror towards them, nervously pushing back my hair. "How do I look?"

"Just try not to be too gassy or chew with your mouth open." Harry lectured, fixing my jacket.

I gave a nervous laugh before turning to leave, when Lou called after me "Hey Nialler, you forgetting something?"

I quickly turned around and responded "What?"

"Your pants."

***Twenty Five Minutes Later***

I walked up to the door, quickly wiped my sweaty hands on my pants, then rang the doobell.

"Coming!" Called a voice from inside. The door opened and revealed a sweatshirt and pajama

pants clad JoJo.

"You look nice Irish Boy." She remarked, raising her eyebrows and nodding approvingly. "Let me just get Kate, come on in!"

"Kate! Get your booty over here! Someone special is here for you!" JoJo singsonged as I followed her inside.

"Coming!"

I heard the click-clack of the heels as she walked down the hall towards me, and when I saw her, the breath hitched in my throat. She was stunning: her beautiful blonde hair fell in soft waves past her shoulders, her dark eyelashes framed her eyes, and her bright red lips were curved in a smile.

"She looks pretty, doesn't she?" Jojo smirked, clapping me on the back.

"Yeah..." I cleared my throat and held out my arm. "Shall we?"

She giggled and hooked her arm around mine "We shall."

As we were walking out the door, we heard Jojo call after us "If I hear about any funny business, I

swear to God Niall, I will make sure you can never make children."
