The story of Jonathan Vol.1

It's Been So Long

"Who are you?"
Asked Megan

Young Jonathan looked up and said
"My names Jonathan... Who are you?
And where am I?"

Jackson and Megan looked at each other. And looked back at Young Jonathan, Young Jonathan stood up and looked at his clothes in a confused look.

"What's the last thing you remember?"
Asked Megan.

Young Jonathan looked down at his hands and stood in a casual stance thinking, he said
"the last thing I remember was... I was at a gate.."

Megan fell to the floor on her hands and knees, young Jonathan rushed forward to help her and Jackson did the same along Megan's name asking if she is alright Megan just was grabbing her chest struggling to breath.
"She passed out, she isn't dead"
Said Jackson.

Young Jonathan saw black liquid coming out of her mouth... It was Asmodeus.

Young Jonathan stood up and walked back three steps and Jackson stood up looking at Jonathan and Asmodeus, Jonathan started to cry.
Jackson asked
"Jonathan, are, you okay?.."
He said softly.

Asmodeus walked towards Jonathan, and hugged him.

"I missed you so much"

Jonathan said in the saddest most trembling voice ever heard,
"I missed you too mom"

Jackson didn't wanna ruin the moment so he kneeled down sitting next to Megan.

"What happened to you?"
Asked Jonathan.

Asmodeus responded,
"I found this book and I was controlled by it, I had to leave, it took my life, I'm sorry..."

Asmodeus turned around to Jackson holding Jonathan's hand and said.
"Jackson, this is my long lost son..."

Jackson nearly broke into tears, the moment was so meaningful and special it was nice, Asmodeus looked at her son and let go of his hand like she didn't want too, it looked hard for her to do that.

She turned back at Jackson and walked up to him and placed her head on Jacksons shoulders and started to cry instantly when she said thank you.
She could barely speak her sobbing cut her off every time she spoke, standing up straight with her head on his shoulder Jackson wrapped his hands around her tight and said,
"It will be okay soon"

Asmodeus felt something when he hugged her... It was Jonathan's demon, he didn't know she sensed him.
She hugged him back and whispered a demon chant only soul demons know such as her, he fell asleep.
His body fell hard on the floor
"Whoops"
Said Asmodeus.

Jonathan Wales up to his mom and asked what's wrong?, his mom explained how Jackson and Jonathan how they didn't deserve this life and that it was all her fault this happened to them and Jonathan, "it was that book" Jonathan said.

"No" said Asmodeus, I made a conciliatory choice to pick deaths gate up and read it.

"Well what do we do now?"
Asked Jonathan.

Asmodeus said
"we are going to make things right, Jonathan, I am going to restore what spirit I have left of Megan for Jackson and I will most likely loose my strength but I will figure out what to do about my human nature. I will reside in your body and we will never be apart again my consciousness and memory and mental strength will be in your body, don't worry you will have full control."

Jonathan looked at Asmodeus and asked if that's what she wants, Asmodeus said
"No, the question is, is this what you want Jonathan"

Jonathan said yes several times
"more than anything mother!"

"Okay"

Asmodeus Walked to Megan's body lying peacefully on the ground and whispered she's sorry, she kissed her ok her forehead and breathed the rest of Megan's spirit she had left into her body.

"Jonathan come here take my hand"
Young Jonathan walked over to Asmodeus and grabbed her hand and watched her vanish and felt her enter his mind.

They were finally together again.

Megan looked at young Jonathan and asked "where is Asmodeus?"
He explained how Asmodeus is going to help them get there normal life's back, and how Asmodeus found out The demon of insanity is now inside Jackson but is asleep and will wake up soon but not recall anything that happened.

Megan understood and thanked Young Jonathan, "but what about Jackson"
She asked

Young Jonathan looked at Jackson and said, "we just wait and see what happens when he wakes up.
I mean, there isn't much we can do while he's asleep"

Megan nodded her head and walked over to Jackson, her face tensed up and just let out tears.. Crying..

Jonathan walked up behind her and asked if she was okay...

Megan kneeled down and picked up Jacksons hand, "don't die" she whispered.

She started to cry hard... Like she was gasping for breath underwater.

Jonathan said
"Mother said it will be okay, she will help you."

"Don't you dare hurt Jackson!"
Megan yelled at Jacksons sleeping body.

Jonathan layer his hand on Megan's shoulder and said "I'm sorry"...

(The next day)

Megan and Jonathan took Jacksons body to a cemetery where there was a old house there, it was abandon and they could hide out there for a while and see what's wrong with Jackson.

In the middle of the night, Jonathan
(still young Jonathan)

Was out on the roof looking out into the night sky.

Megan piped her head up from behind him and say "hey what's up?"

Jonathan looked down at his feet and said nothing.

Megan said "look at me Jonathan"

He looked up at her, face filled with tears.

"What's wrong?"

Jonathan said under his breath.

"It's horrible... How demons use humans so badly. Lives are seen as dirt to stomp on, they aren't valued at all...
And yet... Being here. helping you.
Why do you not hate me?
I hurt your friend and and you."

"Why?"

"Why?" Megan asked.
"Because Jonathan, you couldn't help it, your a good guy, I can tell.
And I wanna help you, but please I how's you will still help me take care of Jackson."

Jonathan looked at Megan and slowly cracked a smile,
"I've never seen you smile Jonathan,"

Jonathan looked away secretly blushing in a way she can't see.

"So!"

Megan said really enthusiastic like. Making Jonathan jump a bit unexpectedly.

"Y-yes?"
He said

"What was the 1900s like?"
