The thing is,

i'll never give up on you.

I might say that you don't mean a thing anymore.

I might even say

that it wasn't important.

I say a lot of things.

But when it comes to you,

i never say the truth.

The truth is that,

if i ever truly gave up on you.

If i forgot your name.

Your eyes,

your smile

and your lips.

I'll just quietly lay down

in bed.

And slowly die

inside.
