Chapter 1
Everyone always said that opposites attract. That one half of a relationship should have what the other one lacks. Did I believe them? Not in the slightest. I mean, how can you fall in love with someone that you have nothing in common with?
It surprised me to learn, that the one guy I was going to fall in love with was in no way like me. I was the type of girl that was a straight A student - well in everything but math- the girl that had never been in trouble in her life and always done as she was told. He was an arrogant, self centred, playing jerk who loved the thrill of danger. This is the story of my Bad Boy and me, his Good Girl.

I sighed and glanced at the clock, something I routinely did around this point in the day. I was sitting in math, hoping that my teacher Mr Redding would find it in his heart to ignore me for the day. I wasn't very good at math and my math teacher liked to point this fact out often to the rest of my class. He was one of those teachers that spoke at a hundred miles per hour and still expected his students to keep up with his pointless life stories and weird and confusing subject choices that weren't always math related.
"Miss Johnstone?" He asked.
I looked up in panic. Please don't be asking me a question....please don't be asking me a question....
"What is the answer?" He asked with a smirk.
I looked from him to the board, I had no idea what the question was even about, let alone how to answer it.
"Um," I put my head down to face the desk. "I don't know Sir." I muttered.
"You don't know? Well Miss Johnstone I suggest you make your way down to the detention room and only return to my class when you do know the correct answer." He replied in a condescending tone.
I looked up quickly, the fear and panic setting in. I had never in my life had a detention, not in my whole life. Never, ever, ever. Period. "But Sir-" I tried to protest, but he cut me off.
"Now Miss Johnstone, or will we make that a trip to the Principal's office?" He snapped.
I could feel every single set of eyes in my class on me. I looked at my friend Harry who gave me a sympathetic smile. I stood up, throwing my books into my bag, my face beetroot red and made my way towards the classroom door. I opened it and steppes outside, slamming it closed behind me.
Now what? I could always just go home, I mean, my parents wouldn't be in anyway. It was one thing to get detention it was another thing actually going. The detention room was where the local delinquent group-or known here as the Hot Five- hung. Everyone knew not to get on the wrong side of them. And I had seen enough fights here in my time to know why. I mean they were all built like tanks and, honestly they absolutely terrified me.
I decided then to make a stop in the girls bathroom before I made my way along. The period was half way through, but my math class was a double period.
I stood in front of the mirror and looked myself over. My raven- black hair sat in curls all the way down my back and my green eyes were full of fear. I guess I was pretty, I mean I attended a Karate class once a week since I was six and had developed a toned body. I looked down at my white hotpants. I had a red tank top on and over that I wore a leather jacket. Pretty ironic for the fact I was the Good Girl. I took a deep breath and made my way along to the dreaded room.
I opened the door, looking around. The five guys were sitting at the back of the classroom and there wasn't a teacher in the room, much to my terror. They had every single window thrown open in the classroom and four out of the five guys were smoking. The one that wasn't was Hayden Powers. The guy every girl wanted and every guy wanted to be. He looked over from where he was sitting on his cell and straight at me. "I think you have the wrong room Good Girl." He said.
