"Ahhh... I'm so full~" Mingyu sighed contentedly, rubbing his stomach. We are walking home together after the "celebration" in the café, which was basically us causing a ruckus in the café and nearly getting kicked out 3 times.

Jihoon threw him a side glance, "Of course you are, you greedy pig. You ate a bite from everyone's pastry, drank a sip from everyone's drink, ate 2 pastry and drank a large vanilla latte by yourself."

Mingyu widened his eyes and clutched his heart, "Jihoon hyung, that's so mean!"
I laughed at Mingyu's overdramatic acting and commented, "And you are a terrible actor, Mingyu."

He whipped his head around in surprise and gaped at me, "S-Suyun ah... Are you actually teaming up with Jihoon hyung? How can you do this to me? I thought we are friends."

Jihoon and I rolled our eyes and muttered, "Drama king." giving each other a high five when we realised we did the same exact thing. "Hyung~" Mingyu whined, clutching onto Wonwoo's arm. "They are bullying me!" pointing an angry finger in our direction, pouting. Wonwoo just laughed and petted his head, "There, there. You know they are just joking."
Mingyu frowned at Wonwoo, obviously unpleased with his answer and was about to say something when I realised we had already reached my house. "That's my house guys. Thanks for walking me home." I said, walking to the front door and turning around to see them off.

"See you tomorrow, Suyun!" they chorused, waving their hands while Mingyu muttered, "I don't wanna see you tomorrow." He is still upset, what a child, I thought fondly as I looked at Mingyu, still pouting and clinging onto Wonwoo. "That's too bad. I was thinking of making toast for you tomorrow." I sighed, trying my best to act sad.

Mingyu's face lighted up instantly and he shouted, "I will see you tomorrow, Suyun! I will even be the first one to run to you so give me toast!" I laughed at his sudden change of attitude and nodded, happy that he is no longer upset. "You may be so tall but you are still a child." Seungcheol laughed and ruffled Mingyu's hair affectionately, causing Mingyu to pout (again) and protest. I watched them walk away, bickering before turning my back to open the door.

All of a sudden, I felt someone grab my hand and slip something into my fingers. I whipped around and saw Chan standing there. "Read that later." He pointed to the paper and walk off. "See you tomorrow, Suyun" and catch up with the others, casually striking up a conversation with Hansol.

I opened up the piece of paper and it read, "Dance studio. 5pm. don't be late." I felt my cheeks turning red as I re-read the paper again. He was serious when he said that, I thought as I made my way up to my room in a daze.

I was snapped out of it the moment I opened the door. The pictures and gifts from the past relationship is still all over my room. Thinking about what happened today, I quickly grabbed some cardboard boxes and started throwing everything inside.

"What's happening in here?" my mom asked in wonder when she came up to my room and see everything in boxes. I smiled at her, "Mom, I think it's about time I go for a haircut."

I waited outside my house nervously for Seventeen to come. I touched my now short hair and thought up a whole range of possibility of how they will react when they see my new hairstyle.

"Suyunnnnn!" I looked up to see Mingyu running towards me. "I want my toa-" He stopped short and gaped at me. "What's wrong?" Joshua asked, walking up to us with Seventeen behind him. He took one look at me and went "Oh." And then everyone became Mingyus and gaped at me.

We stood there in awkward silence for a good 1 minute before I snapped, "Is it so weird that I cut short hair? Stop looking like squids and close your mouths." They immediately closed their mouth at my words, nodding quickly.

"I-it's not weird. We are just surprised." Minghao spoke up, breaking the silence and giving me a cute smile. Jun nodded, "You are still pretty in short hair Suyun." Giving me a playful wink which I just rolled my eyes in response. "Let's make our way to school. Or else we will be late." I said, tossing the toast to Mingyu, to which he fumbled to catch it and grinned when it's finally safe right in his hands, immediately unwrapping it and taking a huge bite.

"Okay class. That's it for today supplementary lessons. Please remember to do your homework and pass it up by next week." The teacher announced and left the class. "Oh my god, that was so boring~" I whined as I stretched my hands. Sujeong and Youngji walked up to me with their bags packed, "Are you ready to go, Suyun?" I opened my mouth to agree, but remembered Chan's paper. "You guys go ahead without me. I got something to do" I smiled apologetically, watching them nod and walk away.

I packed my bag while looking hesitantly at the piece of paper in my hands.

Should I go?

I wondered as I walked slowly to the direction of the dance studio.

What if he is playing with me?

I sighed and ruffled my hair in annoyance. "Hey." I heard someone called me and turned back, finding myself face to face with a group of girls, one particular girl standing out with her arms crossed and a devious smirk on her lips. "Mind if we have a talk?"

---

"Ouch!" I screamed in pain as I felt myself being slammed to the roof railing, pain shooting up my back. I look up to glare at the girls who is looking at me with a disgusted expressions on their faces.

They must be hardcore fans of Seventeen, i thought, wincing at the pain.

"Now promise me you will stay away from Seventeen and out of our sights." That girl sneered, gripping my chin in her fingers. I scoffed at her words, not feeling afraid but annoyed at them for making me late for my meeting with Chan just for this.

Not wanting to give her what she wants, I challenged her with a smirk, "What if I say no?" That girl widened her eyes in surprise while her minions was gaped, whispering to each other, "Holy shit, someone actually dared to challenge Yeri" She narrowed her eyes at me, "No? then you shall pay for the consequences." Slapping me right after she finished her sentence.

"You must have seduced Seventeen, expecting them to come and save you. Or else there would be no reason why you dared to defy me." She spat, disgust and hatred in her eyes. I hold my stinging cheek, anger boiling right inside me. I provoked her, "why should I be scared of you when I don't even know you. And besides, Seventeen wouldn't even notice you, by the way you are now." enjoying how my words seems to have hit the bull's eye when Yeri started clenching her fist.

"You bitch!" she cursed as she rose her fist. I held out my hand and stopped her oncoming fist. "What?" she muttered in disbelief before I twisted her arm, causing her to hiss in pain. Pushing her away and watching her fall to the ground, I growled, "For your information, I learned martial arts before. Try that again. It won't be pretty next time."

I turned my back and walked away. Hearing a sudden yell, I quickly turned to see Yeri lounging at me.

She is indeed crazy.

I thought to myself as I prepared myself for a painful blow. All of a sudden, a figure quickly rushed in front of me, just in time when Yeri brought her fist down in a punch.

I stared in disbelief as the person stopped her punch and threw it aside, causing her to fall to the ground.

"C-Chan." I muttered, staring at the back that I was so used to seeing.
Chan turned back and grinned, "Yo. Guess you didn't stood me up after all."
