With that said, Chan turned back, and glared at Yerin. "Don't you ever lay your hands on her ever again. I won't go easy on you even though you are a girl."

The said girl looked at him in disbelief, tears pooling in her eyes," Oppa, I am your fan. I have been your fan for such a long time. How could you treat me like this?"

"If my fans go harassing the girl I like, then I don't need them." Chan replied coldly, narrowing his eyes at her.

I blinked at his words, the girl he like? Me? I stared at him in shock, not believing that he was referring to me.

He turned to me and gave a tight smile, "Let's go, Suyun."

Grabbing my hands, he pulled me towards the exit, leaving Yerin crying on the floor.

"Er Chan?" I called him hesitantly as he pulled me out of the school.

"Hmm?"

"You are holding my hand too tightly, it hurts."

Chan quickly let go of my hands and mumbled an apology, hand rubbing his neck.

"it's ok." I smiled, rubbing my wrist unconsciously.

We stood there in silence until Chan let out a heavy sigh and squat down on the floor, heads in his hands.
"what's wrong?" I asked worriedly, squatting down and trying to place my hand on his forehead.

He flinched at my gesture and looked away, anywhere apart from my eyes. My heart ache as I saw his reaction and I quickly dropped my hands to my side. I quickly mumbled an apology and looked down, wondering what did I do to make him avoid me. We squat in an awkward silence until Chan mumbled something.

"What did you say?" I asked, not catching anything.

Chan stood up suddenly and shouted," I'm asking whether did you hear that I said that I like you!"

I blinked in confusion before l realised what he was talking about and let out a small giggle.

"Hey! What's so funny?" Chan questioned in embarrassment, a hint of pink making his way to his cheeks

I chuckled at the adorable sight, "Even if I didn't hear it just now when you are saying it to Yerin, you just admitted to it just now."

He looked at me in confusion, "What? When did I..."

His face quickly change to one of embarrassment and he groaned, "Oh my god. I really did."

I smile at him and nodded, awaiting his next reaction. But what he did next surprised me.

"Might as well just do it now." Chan said as he grabbed my hands into his warm ones.

"Suyun ah, I really like you. Not as a friend but as a woman." He confessed, his intense gaze staring right into my eyes.

My heart started beating really fast at his words, his gaze that was filled with love and passion was making butterflies fly in my stomach and his warm hands was sending electric currents to my body.

When I didn't respond, Chan let go of my hands and laughed awkwardly, "Let's just head home." He quickly turned around and started walking quickly.

Afraid that he will misunderstand, I grabbed onto his wrist, "Wait! I like you too!"

I immediately covered my mouth after saying those words.

Shit, I just blurted them out.

Chan stiffened as he slowly turned back. "Really?" he asked slowly.
A blush made its way to my cheek and I nodded. "I like you." I confirmed once again.
