Chapter 5

"How is he alive?! Didn't he die for good when their base blow up?!" Rey was shocked. Thoughts were going through her mind like crazy. What will we say to him? How is Chewy going to react to this? What's Luke going to think about this?

"One of the resistance pilots found him and flew him over here." Leia stated with a happy but sad tone. She was really worried about him when he left with Finn and Chewy to go rescued Rey from the First Order. But, her hope of him coming back safely was destroyed when she saw their son almost kill him through the hologram.

"Where is he?"

"In the infirmary. He still hasn't woken up yet, but I have faith that he will wake up."

Rey walked through the door to her room. Poe and Finn were laughing like usual at each other's cheesy jokes.

"What did Leia have to say?" Poe asked.

"It's personal. I shouldn't say." She desperately wanted to tell them, but she couldn't betray Leia. Not after all Leia has done for her.

Rey half smiled and sat down on the bed.

"Hey, Poe. What does a nosy pepper do?" Finn asked trying to keep his laughter in.

"What?" Poe was eager to see what the answer to the joke was.

"Get jalapeño business!" Finn said right before he and Poe burst out in laughter. Rey laughed a little bit too since it was a cheesy joke. But, her mind was focused on what Leia had said. Han was alive, but she was worried about him. Her thoughts plunged through her mind. What if doesn't remember anyone? Not even Leia. Leia would be heartbroken if Han woke up not remember her or anyone. Chewy would be one upset Wookie. Well, he's already upset cause he still thinks that Han is dead!!

"Rey, are you okay?" Finn's voice interrupted her thoughts.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Rey said back. No you're not. You need to go talk to Leia. At least she knows that Han is alive.

"Leia!"

Leia turned around to see Rey walking over to her.

"Yes, Rey?"

"I'm so worried about Han. I was just with Finn and Poe and I seemed so down and upset about something. I knew it was Han. Leia, what if he wakes up and doesn't remember anyone? He won't remember you. It would hurt you to know what your husband doesn't remember you. It would hurt Chewy too." Rey's voice was beginning to sound raspy like she was about to cry.

"Rey, everything will be alright. I can assure you that." Leia smiled and pulled Rey in for a hug.

Leia was worried about Han too. She missed him here so much. Even though he was scruffy-lookin, he was cute.

"Look, even in he wakes up, we're going to need to restore him back to the man he used to be." Leia stated. It was true. Han would be shaken up from what happened with Kylo.
