Prologue: News!
Juliette's POV:
2 years ago:
"What!" I yelled
I watched as both my mom and dad covered there ears as they both told me the shocking news
"Listen. Honey. we are doing whats best for you" my mother reasoned
"Why are you doing this to me?" I asked sadly
"Because you hang out too much with the guys from the football team and your really need to learn some lady manners. Besides this is a great opportunity to get some friends that are actually girls" my mother said
I looked at her pleading her not to send me to study abroad. I then looked at my father and did my best puppy dog eyes. He was struggling not to give in then he blinked and looked at my mother.
I sighed and asked "When am I leaving?"
"Tomorrow. Sorry Honey. It's for the best" my dad said
I sagged my shoulders then walked out of the living room towards my bedroom. I opened my bedroom and I lied on my bed looking at the ceiling.
I sighed then I took out my phone and called Luke
Ring. Ring. Rin--
"Hello" Luke said groggily
"Hey" I said
"Julie, why are you calling me at this ungodly hour?" he asked
I looked over to my clock and saw that it was indeed 1: 43 a.m.
"I just wanted to tell you that my parents are sending me off to study abroad" I said
"What!" Luke yelled
I took my phone off my ear then put it back to my ear.
"What about the team? football? your friends? me?" he said the last part quietly
"I know. I know. But on the bright side I think I'm coming back the year after I'm gone though" I said trying to cheer him up
"When are you leaving?" he asked
"Tomorrow. morning most likely" I said
"Oh" he said
Both me and Luke talked for about a good hour till I had to sleep now. If I ever want to get up early tomorrow.
I looked at my room and notice that my parents had the obligation of backing most of my main items.
I went to bed and dreamed of what yet's to come.
