Ch 7: Old and New friends

"Wake up Dina! Wake up, wake up, wake up!" A voice shouts from outside my door. "I am coming in you better not be indecent." I shake my head and put my pillow on my face trying to block out the noise. "Get up, get up, get up! It's Saturday and you know what that means." Zoey runs into my room; Jumps on me and starts shaking me.

~How much coffee has she had?~ "Hey can you get off me? I can't get up if you are on me. Also when is breakfast, i'm starving."

"Oh, sorry. I can't wait to go to school with you today, have you meet my friends and hang out with you all day." Zoey says rolling off of me and on to the bed.

"Ok, so breakfast.... when did you say it was?" I get up and walk over to my dresser and pick out a large light blue sweater, a pair of black yoga pants and light pink flats. I then brush my teeth and comb my hair in the bathroom. I walk back out to find Zoey on her phone and the smell of food being cooked coming from the door. I am filled with a new determination knowing breakfast is soon.

"Breakfast is going to be ready in five; is that how you're wearing your hair?"

"OK, and yes. Why you want to do something to it? I have to get my bag ready still and i want breakfast. How much time till we leave?"

"Get over here," Zoey says with an over exhausted sigh. ~I guess the coffee wore off.~ I sit down criss cross on the floor in front of the bed and she starts playing with my hair. "Ok, do you want a fishtail, a french braid, or a bun?"

"French braid please." Zoey works on my long silver hair for the next four and a half minutes.

"Done! Food time!" She says running out of my room. I follow after her into the dining room that has everyone in it.

"Hey guys, get something to eat we are leaving in 20." Jake says. "Daniel is driving." Zoey runs over to the counter and starts piling her plate full. I walk over and grab a small plate and fill it with fruit and pancakes. Suddenly Daniel and Jake get up and walk out the front door. Zoey and I are still eating and we have another 17 minutes before we need to leave so i don't understand why they left. I look over to Zoey and she just shrugs her shoulders and continues to eat.

After we finish i put our plates in the kitchen for the parents to clean when they are done eating. I walk out to the front to meet up with Zoey and Tommy who are going to be my guides for the next two days of school. When i get out front what i see shocks me. A long black limo and a staff team are in the driveway. I didn't know they were having guests besides me, but i guess i am wrong. When the staff of the guests have piled all of the persons luggage out of the limo and onto the ground i finally see the person standing in the middle with her regular 10 helper talking to her.

"Ok... thank you for telling me.... have you seen her... no i don't know where she is... Sugarplum please stay awake, Essence please help her... Thornrose, Sage will you find her ..." I hear bits and pieces as i sneak up on my friend. I put my finger on my lips and a motion for the sprites to keep quiet about me.

"BOO," I shout behind Terra jumping onto her back. She almost falls and the sprites are too busy laughing with us to notice the group of boys approaching us.

"Ok, so obviously you know Diana so we will trust you but who are you," Jake says seriously. "My name is Jake i am beta of this pack, Alpha Daniel Pierce to my left and the friendly idiot Luke to my right." As Jake was talking a raven flew over and landed on his shoulder.

Ignoring the bird i start to speak. "Well obviously you all know me. This is my best friend Terra, she enjoys traveling so when ever i am in America she stops by and stays with me. It shouldn't be a problem because we like sharing a room and she brought her staff with her. Now she does have the normal sized people as butlers and maids but the ones that you need to know are theses 10." I say motioning to Terra and then her 10 sprites that are floating over her shoulder. "We will go in line order, ok first is the Rainbow sprite not fairy. Now they are similar to fairies but have elements and don't cause as much trouble. So the Rainbow sprite is named Skyflower, she represents guidance and her element is purity. Skyflower is also in charge of everything so if you need something from Terra or me when we are off someplace just find her. Next is Ivy, she represents mischief and the green sprites have the element of trees. Sage is a warrior and brown sprites have the element of dirt. Essence is kind of hard to see at times but she is there, she represents flow and her element is water. Sunrose represents temptation and red sprites have the element of love. Honeysuckle represents curiosity and yellow sprites have the element of animals. Daylily represents control and orange sprites have the element of seasons. Sugarplum represents hope, purple sprites have flowers. Thornrose is the only guy to be on the team and he represents bravery and black sprites have darkness. Morningdew has rebirth and white sprites have the element of light. I think that is everyone." I finish telling everyone about the sprites and take a deep breath.

The raven flies over to my shoulder and sits down. The boys are all shocked and have their mouths hanging open. The raven takes his head and rubs it on my cheek. I lift up my hand and the bird hops onto it. The boys still have their mouths open and are just staring.

"You might want to close your mouths before a bug flies in." Terra says with a smile.

"This is Dameon, he doesn't need an introduction just know that he means no harm to any of you and that he is staying with me and Terra most of the time. He will also need his own room." The boys look at me like i am crazy and i turn to Terra and roll my eyes. She just shakes her head and says "Show them will you."

I set Daemon on the ground and step back. The boys mouths drop and Terra and I just smile.
