That night we when me and Melissa where talking in my room my phone started to ring.

"Phone call?"
"Um no, actually, FaceTime. But I don't recognize the number."
"Let me see."
She took my phone and after a couple seconds her eyes widened and she grinned. She gave the phone back.

"Answer it."
"But I don't-"
"Just answer it."
At this point I knew there was no point in arguing. She was giving the look. That smile, like a little kid that was watching someone walk strait into a prank.

"Fine." I hit the answer call button and Peters face appeared on screen.

"Hi Kayla. What's up?"
My mouth jaw dropped and I almost threw my phone.
" uh.... Hi- I um..."
To my left Melissa was grinning like an idiot. I elbowed her side and she fell over laughing.
"Who's there with you? Is that Melissa?

"Yes it's me."  She was still laughing her head off
I was still speechless
"Peter how did you-" then that's when I realized it must have been Melissa.
"Melissa you little- you gave him my number!"
I dropped my phone and tackled her.

"I may have sort of set this whole thing up." She sat up, still giggling. "I kind of texted him before we met at the mall and told him my entire plan."

"You have got to be kidding me"

"Nope. And..."
"And? What did you do?"
"I kind of... Sort of..."
"What?"
"I may have also made you two reservations at the Cat's Kitchen..."

"What?! No! No. No way I'm not going. No chance."
Then I remembered peter was still listening to all of this. I buried my face in my hands.
