Hello, New York. You're looking gorgeous today.

"Mack, are you sure you should be here? I can take over your cases" Cole Young spoke as he walked into Mack's office the Monday after she'd been released from the hospital trying to get her to take more time off.

"That's very kind of you, Cole, but I am positive this is where I need to be," Mack smiled up at him from her computer feeling at peace being back in the office able to work on her cases and help people, "And no offense, but you would run this case into the ground. And it needs to be done right because I am fighting for these people like I would my own family if our farm was taken from us."

"You're probably right. I don't have your dedication to sit and do endless hours of research for a case" Cole smirked as he sat at one of the chairs in front of her desk so he could ask her more about the Kino Oil lawsuit.

"Hello, Love, how are you feeling?" Will asked as he knocked on her office door making her look up at the door.

"I'm doing fine. No pain at all" she smiled as he came in with lunch for her; she felt so much joy when he was around her.

"Good, well Mum insisted that I bring this to you for lunch" Will smiled as he set down the brown paper bag in front of her and she started to smell whatever her mother had cooked for her.

"What is it?" Mack asked and then remembered that her boss was sitting in front of them, "Oh crap! Sorry about that! Cole, this is Will, my boyfriend. Will, this is Cole, one of my bosses."

"A pleasure to meet you" Cole smiled shaking Will's hand, not surprised that she was dating a tall, built, good looking man.

"A pleasure to meet you as well. I think we met briefly last week before the accident" Will replied smiling back.

"Oh, yeah, that's right!" Cole replied nodding his head remembering that they had met when he brought her dinner the week before.

"Jackpot! Mom made my favorite!" Mack exclaimed after getting tired of waiting to see what her mom made while the two men talked.

"Is it that Tomato Basil Chicken and Tiramisu Mousse?" Cole asked seeing the food in front of her.

"Yes, it is," Mack smirked as she opened up the chicken first and grabbed a fork and knife out of her desk, "This is going to be difficult."

"What do you mean? Oh, let me help you with that" Will exclaimed realizing that she wasn't going to be able to cut the chicken because her arm was in a sling and if she moved it too much her collarbone wouldn't heal correctly.

"Mom didn't think that one all the way through did she?" Cole laughed watching Mack get embarrassed about not being able to cut her own food.

"Yeah, she really didn't, but that's okay," Mack smiled shrugging her shoulders and then wincing at the motion, "Hey, how did taking the twins to daycare go?"

"It went fine, Ms Tilly was happy to see that they were back after being gone for the week" Will smiled as he finished cutting her food for her.

"Good" Mack smiled as she took a bite of her food and she did a little happy food dance.

"Well, I've got to get back to the university, I have another class in about thirty minutes, and it's going to take me at least twenty to get there" Will smiled down at Mack making her a little sad he had to leave but she understood he had a job to do just as much as she did.

"Alright, Baby. Thank you for bringing me lunch" she smiled back giving him a kiss when he leaned down to her.

"You're welcome, and I'll pick you up after my last class at 6. Joe said he'd pick them up and get Phina to her ballet class" Will smiled as she pulled away, "He also said he'd be staying at your place on the days that he's in town to help with the kids."
