"Good morning, Professor Thompson" Cole, my TA greeted as I walked into my lecture hall with a large smile on my face.
"Good morning, Cole" I responded maybe a bit too chipper as I thought about being able to sleep with Mackenzie in my arms.
"You seem very happy today" Cole commented as he placed pages on each desk that I had given him the day before to prepare.
"I am indeed very happy today" I smiled thinking about Mack and her amazing twins, and how strong of a woman she was.
"Will, you left your bag on my bike" Mack exclaimed as she rushed into my class, clearly hoping that she wasn't going to run into an active class.
"Thank you, Mack" I smiled down at her beautiful face that I noticed had the smallest bit of makeup covering her skin, as I took my messenger bag from her.
"I'll pick you up at 5" she smiled before giving me a kiss on the cheek and rushing back out before my students started arriving.
"See you then, Love" I smiled back, looking forward to being able to spend another night with her even if it was helping her fix Tez's bed that had been damaged in the fight.

I watched her walk out and wished she didn't have to go or that I could go with her. Pretty quickly I was snapped out of my daze as my students began to walk in. When I turned to take my leture notes out of my bag Cole was staring at me with surprised eyes and a slack jaw.
"Your girlfriend is Mackenzie Cooper? The best lawyer in the city that works at Young and Young Law firm?" Cole asked quietly stepping close enough to me for only us to hear our converstaion since he was clearly not sure if I wanted to talk about my private life in front of my students.
"She's not quite my girlfriend yet. We've only been on one date, and she wants to take it sort of slow for reasons that her and I only know" I smiled at him while I picture Mack in my arms again but being able to cuddle with her and the babies.
"It's not going very slow if she's dropping you off at work and is picking you up, and it smells like you slept over as well" Cole smirked causing me to shake my head at him because I knew he was smelling her lavender body wash.
"Her ex broke into her apartment and she asked me to stay the night because she couldn't be alone" I told him laughing at what he was suggesting, but I understood why he was thinking what he was thinking.
"Well, I will say that she is one heck of a woman, and she's notorious for never dating. How did you manage to land a date with her?" Cole asked curiously still in hushed tones as students continued to trickle into their seats.
"Cole, we can talk about it after class" I laughed and then turned to my class to begin my lecture on time.
