Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.
"Good morning, My Love" Will smiled as he heard Mack beginning to stir.
"Morning," Mack grinned as they heard the front door and then the twins.
"Take your time getting up. I'll go greet your parents and the kids" he smiled, leaning down and kissing Mack.
"Coffee, please," she grinned as she stretched more, enjoying the view of their neighborhood from the bed.
"I'll send the kids up while I talk to your parents so you can tell them too" Will grinned from the door.
A few minutes later, Mack could hear the unmistakable pitter-patter of the Tez and Phina's feet on the hardwoods. Careful of her shoulder, Mack lay on her shoulder, waiting to see her babies faces appear through the door. Seraphina was the first through the door and climbed into the bed with a massive smile.
"Morning, Inati!" Tez exclaimed, coming through the door shortly after his sister.
"Come here, Baby," Mack smiled, sitting up, "Do you kids like living with Will?"
"Yeah! Can he be dad?" Phina asked, cocking her head at her mom.
"Tez?" Mack asked, looking at her son.
"I love him. Will loves Inati," Tez replied shyly.
"Well, he wants to be your dad too, so yes, he can be. Did you kids like California more than New York?" she asked, hoping they would say yes.
"Yeah! We love the beach!" the twins exclaimed.
"After the accident, Will and I wanted to work less to be around more. Inati is leaving the firm, and we wanted to know if you kids would want to move to San Diego this summer," Mack spoke, being honest with her kids.
"The beach every day?" Phina asked with eager, wide eyes.
"If you kids want to," Mack chuckled a little.
"What about Grandma and Grandpa?" Tez asked.
"We'll come back and see them, and I know they will love to come and see us in San Diego, too" Mack smiled, getting a nod from him.
"Can move now!?" Phina and Tez asked excitedly, satisfied with the answer about their grandparents.
"I need to finish healing my shoulder first, so it will be this summer. But this weekend we are going to London to meet Will's family. You'll be at daycare less until we move," Mack smiled as her mom appeared at the door, "Hi, mama."
"I'm so proud of you," Sorella smiled, bringing Mack her coffee.
"Go help Will and Grandpa make breakfast," Mack smiled, "Yeah? You're not mad that we're leaving New York?"
"If you are happy and my grandkids are safe and happy, I will never be angry with your decisions. When we spent those few days with you and the kids in San Diego, your dad and I knew that's where you were happy," Sorella grinned at her daughter.
