Almost every book in the chick lit genre on Wattpad has to do with some Caucasian (or sometimes a Latinx) female who somehow sparks the attention of an Italian billionaire and 25 mediocre plot twists later, they have a happy ever ending.
I'm not discrediting any authors or their works, it's just that the same recycled idea gets boring after a few books. It loses its spark even if the author adds a few new ideas and unique character. The story becomes predictable and boring.
Day by day I slowly despised the chick lit genre. It had such unique and amazing stories that were given proper credit and fame. Now almost every other popular chick lit book is the same recycled idea.
So I decided to take this idea and switch it up.
Shortly after their happily ever after the Caucasian female and Italian billionaire fall apart.
And that's where we start off.
