Chapter 14:
"Wait what do you mean?" I was trying my best not to shake or shiver.
"I want to help you find the murderer." His face was filled with determination.
"Harry, we aren't detectives, we can't just go off looking for someone, we don't even know who we are looking for." I said hopelessly.
"Well we can do some research and see what we find," I knew Harry was interested in my story and all this but, does he really like me? Or did he just want to get information on my mom?
"Do you even like me?" I wasn't thinking at all when I said that.
"What are you talking about? Of course, Faith, I love you." Genuinely he smiled and stared deep into my eyes.
"I- I love you too. I just thought you were only interes-"
"You thought all I wanted to do was get information on your mum? We don't have to do this if you don't want to. We can just act like nothing happened." He was trying to make me feel better and it was working. His comforting smile and warm embrace filled me with a welcoming feeling that he always gave me when we hugged.
"No, I want to. I want to see who killed my mother." I was confident about it, I wanted to know. I needed to know. Who killed my mom?

I felt a trace on my collar bones that were visible from my pajama shirt.
"Ughhhh" I groaned not wanting to get up.
"Psssst! Faith! You have to get up!" It was a British accent so I knew it was Harry. It didn't even seem light out yet. I rolled over expecting to see Harry.
It was definitely a man. But it wasn't Harry.
