We're coming to wrap up the story, but big news: I will be writing another book in the series. I won't say too much until we get closer to the end, but it'll be fun, I promise. I froze but his head didn't stop moving, so his lips crushed against mine. I was still frozen.
When our lips parted, he had a small smile on his face.
"Come home with me," he said as he took my hand in his.
And I just nodded because I still didn't know what to say except question what we were.
Two days later, I found myself on a plane with Harry Styles, again. Except this time, I had an idea of where I was going.
Harry Styles' mouth was slightly a gap, and he was quietly snoring in his chair.
I looked out the window to see a vast body of water, and I sighed. I sighed because I felt weirdly overwhelmed. Things were going great between me and Harry, but I wasn't entirely sure what we were.
My phone had been blowing up the last few days after the paparazzi saw Harry leaving my apartment after a few days in. Most texts were of concern, but a few were of congratulatory. Kendall asked me what Harry and I were, and I didn't know what to tell her.
I didn't like the societal pressure that I was feeling. Harry and I were enjoying each other's company, yet I felt pressured to label what we were.
He woke up just as we were landing, and we quietly climbed aboard a car that whisked us away to Holmes Chapel.
The ride was quiet with only a few words exchanged, but my hand was in his.
We thanked our driver, unloaded the car, and rang the doorbell to a shrieking Gemma.
"I knew it," she said with her smile wide.
Harry rolled his eyes and pushed her away to get through the door.
Anne got up from the kitchen table to greet us with kisses and hugs.
"How are you, Jess?" Anne said as soon as we got settled and came back down for lunch.
"I'm good," I smiled at her.
"How about you, Harry?" she looked at her son with loving eyes.
"Mum, cut the bulls**t," Gemma rolled her eyes. "Ok, what's going on with you two?"
"Gemma Anne Styles," Anne reprimanded her daughter with a harsh tone. "I apologize for my daughter, she's a lunatic."
"She's a great gal," Harry winked at me.
"He's great," I let out a small laugh.
Gemma groaned in disgust as she continually stabbed the asparagus on her plate.
"Are you two dating?" Anne asked gently.
And at that moment, I froze again. I looked at Harry nervously, but he was in his usual relaxed state.
"Mother, you're ruining the surprise. I haven't asked her yet, but I was hoping to ask her while we were here," Harry shook his head slightly in laughter.
Anne fluttered a bit then she excused herself into the kitchen, slightly nudging Gemma to come along.
"So," he said.
