Violet's POV

(This is Violet btw, picture above!!)

We finally arrived at our destination and it was absolutely beautiful. It was in the woods but there was a beautiful water fall and a bunch of water around it so you would be able to swim if you wanted to.  Not far from there is a huge meadow, not grown up with weeds or anything but here and there are flowers. It's gorgeous. You can tell no one usually comes here because there isn't any garbage like beer bottles or anything around. It's nice and clean, I understand why this is one of Grayson's favorite places.

"This is one of your favorite places huh?"

"Yeah I've been coming here for a few years, just not with anyone. This is like my secret hide out."

"I'm glad you trusted me to take me here."

He just replied with a smile.

"So are you swimming?"

"I put on swim trunks just incase but you're hurt and I don't want to leave you behind."

"No, no it's fine! You go have fun! I can watch you! I'll be fine, go have fun."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm positive."

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"Being here with me, not thinking I'm a freak like the other kids do, you will know why later on why I get so much hate."

"No matter why you get hate always remember, you are just as great as the rest of the people in the world and I'll always be here with you. "

"Thank you Violet."

"Any time."

He ran off and went swimming. I sat there going through my bag and laying out the huge blanket I brought. I forgot about me bringing my phone so I took it out, still no missed calls or messages from my parents. I put my phone back in my bag and continued spreading the blanket out. I took out the snacks I brought and took out a mini bag of chips and my water from earlier. I ate the chips and decided to lay down on the blanket and relax.

Grayson came back about 30 minutes later with the biggest smile on his face. You can tell he was enjoying swimming. He acted so happy yet so dark like he had a secret and hopefully I'll find out what that is soon.

"Have fun?"

"The most I've had in a while actually."

"That's great! I brought us some snacks and stuff if you want any."

"No thanks, I have a different diet."

"Oh okay, no worries."

"Yeah sorry."

"No it's fine, what are you going to eat then?"

"I'll find something, I may have to run down to the store or something."

"Okay, well what do you want to do now?"

"We could talk and learn about each other more?"

"Okay, you first."
