Violet's POV

Grayson rocked me in his arms for at least an hour before anyone came looking for us. I've never been so scared, I wish this pain would go away.

"Grayson I'm hurting inside."

"I know, I'll take the pain away."

"How?"

"Like this."

He looked deep into my eyes.

"Violet, I want you to live a strong and healthy life, forget about all the pain, forget about me-"

"Grayson what are you doing."

"Violet, I love knowing you, I'm so thankful I had the chance I had to spend with you. Anyone would be lucky to have you. That's why I have to give you up."

"Grayson please stop."

"I have to give you up because, I'm no good for you. I hope you have a wonderful life. I hope you one day get married to the love of your life, I hope you can have a family, and I hope you can forget about me because I'm not good for you Violet. I sorry, I wish I didn't have to do this."

"Please Grayson, don't do this!"

I was crying hysterically and a tear rolled down his cheek and his eyes got more watery by the second.

"Violet, you never knew me-"

"Please don't do this, I love you."

"You'll forget about me and move on with you life. You'll be happy and you'll find your true love one day and get married. You'll forget about the pain that happened these last few days and move on from it because, Violet you're strong. I'll always love you Violet but you have to forget about me and move on with your life."

"I will forget about you, I will move on in life, I'll forget about the pain that happens these last few days and move on because I'm strong, I'll find the love of my life and have a family someday, and I'll forget about you Grayson Dolan."

I didn't mean anything I said, I was fully compelled now.

"That's right, now I want you to go home and when your mom asks where you've been tell her the trip got canceled because your jerk of a friend cancelled on you. "

"I'll go home and when my mom asks where I've been ill tell her the trip was cancelled because my jerk of a friend cancelled on me."

"Good, now go home."

I went home compelled. I will never forget about Grayson even though he compelled me to, he's part of my past and hopefully future.
