My worst day ever

Serena's POV

Woke up and saw I was somewhere different, I look around and now I remembered. Arceus asked me to help him awaken the other chosen heroes' powers, but where to start and who can they be? I seriously don't know what to do.

I saw a door on my left and decided to exit the room. It turns out I was at the PokeCenter, I guess Ash carried me, he's such a good guy. I headed towards the lobby and saw Ash chatting with his energetic yellow mouse Pokemon Pikachu.

"I hope Serena's ok bud" Ash said worriedly

"Pikapi" Pikachu said trying to tell him him I was ok. Sometimes I can get really jealous towards Pikachu about how close he is to Ash, but I know that Ash and Pikachu's bond can never be broken even if you tried.

"Ash"

Ash turned towards me and grinned, he stood up from his seat and he approached me he gave me a gentle hug and I returned the hug.

"You got me worried there Serena. Can you do me a favor? If you ever pass out again make sure your on a diet" Ash joked

"Oh haha" I said sarcastically as I playfully punch him in the shoulder.

"Anyway what happened?" I asked

"I asked if you saw something in my thoughts and suddenly you passed out" Ash said.

And then that's when I promised to help Arceus find the others.

"Anyway Ash I have to tell you something, but you have to keep it a secret ok?" I held out my pinky, Ash chuckled and confirmed this little promise

~After the explanation~ (because I'm lazy)

"And that's about it"

"Woah...to think that Arceus needs your help" Ash looked at me with admiration in his eyes. "Well it's just a favor Ash it doesn't mean anything" I said embarrassingly.

"Anyway let's go around the town! Maybe they're here. Wanna go?" Ash extended his hand, I blushed and nodded and grabbed his hand and we went on our way to search for the mysterious heroes.

We decided to search at the central first, but honestly there were so many people I already lost count from counting them. It was no use on the central, so we headed next to the back street of Lavender Town and surprisingly no one was there. We got hungry so we decided to eat at a restaurant at the northern part of the town.

We were on our way until I heard someone really familiar shouting for help.

"HELP! HELP ME!" A girl with brown hair sobbed, she was being chased by Fighting type Pokemon and deep inside I felt somewhat happy on seeing a "friend" getting chased.

"Serena com'on she needs help!" Ash said hurriedly as he made a mad dash towards her as for me though I stood there and watch the scene unfold.

There is no way I'm helping her I thought

"Pikachu thunderbolt!" Ash commanded Pikachu leaped through the air and shot out a thunderbolt. They all scattered and disappeared one by one which is really disappointing.

"Thank you for saving me." The girl smiled

"No problem, I'm Ash by the way" Ash grins
