Heyo! Here's chapter 10! Tell me if you like it and give me some suggestions to add on this story like what kind of Pokemon should Serena get and stuff like that. Anyway enjoy!
Ash's POV
Well yesterday was...eventful. First of all I now know I have powers that is called Aura and second of all I kissed Serena. I'm so blessed that she's my girlfriend, she's the only one who truly understand me and loves me with all her heart and I can feel we have a bond from the start (heh that rhymes XD )
And now she told me to train for a whole day while she wander around town and try to locate if Misty and the others are here. Pretty much she just wanted to go shopping and was too embarrass to to tell me.
Honestly time is slower when she's not around, I guess when she's here all I feel is fun and happiness. You know what they say "Time can be so cruel at times, when your having fun times runs really fast, but when your bored it goes really slow" I now believe that, cause's it's pretty boring when your training alone.
For this past 4 years, I've been traveling alone and I didn't really train as hard as I used to be, because my flame disappeared from seeing my companions and thinking that they were dead, I was devastated and I didn't know what to do, so I left them and never returned.
Well here I am again alone and training with Pikachu to control my Aura and man it's really hard when you don't know how to activate it.
"Aaaah! Pikachu this is hard!" I groaned, Pikachu rolled it's eyes and kept on saying "Pikapika" meaning "don't give up" I just wanted to take one day off from this drama, but No I had to train! Wait....what am I saying?! I'm doing this for Serena!
"FOR SERENA!!" I yelled determinedly, I kept on thinking something about inner strength or somethin' that she told me to do and viola! An aura surrounded my body and I was trying to form a small aura sphere I did manage to make one, but it was small as a fly.
"What?!" Pikachu laughed and fell over, I glared at my yellow companion as it kept on laughing and laughing.
"Oh haha! You try it!" Pikachu stared at me and laughed again, I groaned and tried another sphere. This time it was smaller than before and Pikachu laughed louder than before!
"Com'on! It's harder than you think Pikachu" Pikachu nodded and watched me try once again, but this time I managed to make it bigger. "Pikachu look! I finally did i-" The sphere exploded in my face and Pikachu laughed once again.
"It's not funny!" Pikachu ignored me and continued laughing at my face. Great, just great!
"Fine! No ketchup for you Mr. Laughy pants!" Pikachu instantly kept quiet and decided to root for me. Seriously, what's with him and ketchup?
"Ok let's try this one more time!" I closed my eyes and began to slowly breathe I thought about my friends, family, Pokemon, and Serena. They all were the reason why I am here right now. The fact that I'm stronger than before, and I grew a little mature like Serena, but of course I would it's been 4 years.
Speaking of Serena, she got really serious at this point, she never really smiles when were at a place where there are darkness and emptiness in the air. Serena got really strong and she never goes down without a fight. I can hardly believe that the girl I am with today was the shy girl I met 7 years ago.
Then I felt it, I opened my eyes and saw the biggest aura sphere I ever made. Was it because I was thinking about Serena? Was she the reason of this strength?
Pikachu looked at me with a grin plastered on it's face as it was giving me a thumbs up. I smiled and threw the sphere above me and it went so high up I wasn't able see it anymore.
"Looks like I did Pika- *Boom*" the sphere went back down and directly hit me causing my hair to look like an afro and Pikachu couldn't help itself and laughed.
"I'm getting the feeling that my powers are doing this on purpose" Pikachu chuckled and decided to hop on my left shoulder
"Pikachu" it said it wanted us to rest up and wait for Serena, I nodded and entered the PokeCenter and by surprise Serena was already there.
"Well how was your training?" She innocently smiled "It was great! Well not the blowing up part, but nonetheless it was a success!" I gave her a thumbs up, she giggles and gave me a box that was shaped as a heart "Open it!" I nodded and immediately opened it. It was a picture of me and the others 4 years ago "I thought that I should give you a gift, because it's your birthday today" Serena said nervously.
"Wait...what do you mean it's my birthday?" Serena fell anime style and groaned "Don't tell me you forgot!" I decided to look at the date today and facepalmed as it was June 17.
"I can't believe I forgot my own birthday" Serena sighs and decided to wrap her arms around me, she felt so warm that I didn't want to moment to end, but sadly it had to as she stepped back and took a deep breathe "Will you please help me find the others? I would really appreciate it Ash-y" I was surprised when she called me "Ashy", she only calls me that from time to time and this wasn't exactly the time.
"Of course I will! After all I'm training for you my little Serena" Serena blushed and quickly looked the other direction "Th-thanks!" I love it when she's all flustered.
"Serena don't be embarrass, I'm your boyfriend after all" I said while wrapping my arms around her waist "Ash you do know people are staring at us" Serena pointed out, I looked behind her and saw a crowd watching our little scene.
"Don't stop! Pretend we're not here" a female trainer said, Serena madly blushed as I died inside "I can't believe this...." I mumbled.
"Ok! Well I think I'm heading to my room! See ya Ashy!" Serena waved and quickly got into her room, probably she was embarrass out of her mind
I looked at the crowd and they had smirks on their faces, I sighed and decide to go to my room and probably beat myself up, because of me Serena is probably dying right now.
Way to go Ash! Way to go...
