Side Story

Well, in honor for getting 3k reads here is a side story on Ash and Serena after the whole incident. Well enjoy~

Serena's POV

It's been 3 years since Lysandre's death and since then my life couldn't be better. Ash and I have been planning for our wedding for the past 3 years and finally today is the day we're gonna get married.

Too bad I can't see him before  the wedding, because I was told it was so called bad luck to see your groom before the ceremony itself and well that sucks. If you know me, I cannot live without him or even spend a day or a minute without him or I'll go crazy. Yes I am that clingy towards my fiancé, but that doesn't mean I'm the one who's clingy.

If Ash saw me with a boy he knows or doesn't know, he will always be at my side death glaring the guy while putting his arm on my shoulder like I was his property which I am.

Are we a couple or what? Or a yandere couple you decide, I couldn't sleep properly, because the only thing on my mind is the wedding and what we will do during our honeymoon and be sweet like super and stuff that cannot be seen here.

I looked at myself on the mirror, I was wearing a beautiful white wedding gown with a blue ribbon on my chest. This ribbon has been with me for 8 years now, filled with sweet and bitter memorise that I have experienced, and I couldn't be any happier on what Arceus gave me.

"Serena you ready?" I look behind me and saw Dawn who was one of my bride's maid, I nodded and we left the bride's room and went ahead to the wedding hall.

"So, today's the day huh?" I nodded "I can't wait when Paul and I to get married!" Dawn squealed. oh I forgot, Dawn and her boyfriend Paul are engage also May and Drew, Gary and Misty, And Clemont and Korina are getting married next year, because we were older than them and they were just 17.

"It'll be magical just like this one!" She exclaimed, I chuckled at her child like attitude towards their wedding, but I can't blame her after all weddings are something that only happens once in a lifetime.

We continued walking down the path leading to the wedding hall, once we were there the song was playing and the door opened, Dawn escorted me to the altar where Ash standing with his mouth wide open.

I stood beside him and held his hand "This was a dream come true Ashy" I whispered "I know, but your my dream Serena to be your one and only" He uttered we walked forward towards the priest "Before we start the ceremony, do any one of you object this ceremony?" No one raised their hands making me sigh in relief "Now, you two hold each others hand" We did what we were told "Do you Ash Ketchum take Serena Yvonne as a loving wife that will fill your whole life with joy and love?" Ash nodded "I do" the priest looked at me "Do you Serena Yvonne take Ash Ketchum as a loving husband that will protect you from harm and love you like how Arceus loves all?" I nodded "I do" We both smiled and the priest nodded "Then the two you are now husband and wife you may now kiss Serena Y. Ketchum" Ash removed the cloth that was hiding my face and leaned forward, I followed what he was doing and leaned forward until our lips met "Congratulations Mr and Mrs. Ketchum" Everyone cheered and I could see Ash's mother and my mother crying, Ash carried me bridal style and ran towards the exit.

This was the best gift I could ever get, but that doesn't mean it's over.

We bought a ticket to go to Unova and reserved a hotel at Undella Town, when we arrived we swam at the beach caught new Pokemon and had fun.

Once again I was looking at myself on the mirror trying to look cute for tonight, I could hear Ash doing some push ups while waiting for me to get out of the bathroom.

"Hey Sere! When will you get outta there?" He asked, I know he's getting a bit irritated judging from the fact he was asking. "I'll be right there Ashy" I said as I walked out of the bathroom and went to my side of the bed.

"So how was today?" He asked "Amazing, you really planned this through didn't you?" He chuckled "A wonderful girl deserves a wonderful time right?" I giggled "Well what do you want to do tomorrow?" I asked "Well, we could do something tonight" he smirked "What's that?" I asked "Do you know a game called in the bed?" I shooked my head "Well, tonight we'll be doing that"
