*Alex POV*
When Rosie ran out the cafeteria, I felt bad. I turned to Ashley and glared at her. "What the hell is your problem!?!" I yell at her. Everybody becomes silent. "She deserved it, she should know not to mess with me" She says and sits in my lap. I push her off my lap and she falls on the floor. "Don't touch Rosie ever again" I speak to her with a cold voice. "Why do you even care about her anyway! She is very ugly!" She whines. "Just leave and go open your legs for someone else" I spat at her and get up. She huffs and storms out the cafeteria.
I run out the cafeteria shouting Rosie's name. "ROSIE!" I then see her run into the girls bathroom and run in after her. When I go in hear sniffling. "Rosie?" I spoke softly. "Go away and leave me alone. You'll just hurt me like everyone else." When she said that I felt hurt. "Just come out Rosie" she opens the stall. Her eyes red and puffy. "Are you okay?" I ask. "I'm fine" I can see that she is not fine, I see it in her eyes. "Your not fine I can see it in your eyes". I pull her into a hug and hug her tight.
"Why does everything have to happen to me?" She says as she cries into my shirt. "I don't know Rosie" I say as I start rubbing her back. She then ask me a question that surprised me a little "Why are you helping me?" She ask while looking at me. I could get lost in her eyes forever. "Because I care about you Rosie" I said, looking back at her. "Why do you care about me?" She asks . "Because your my friend and I care about my friends". "Okay" she said softly.
"Let's get you cleaned up" I said. "But I don't have any extra clothes with me" she said. " I have some extra clothes" I gave them to her and she went back in the stall to put them on. A few minutes later she came back out wearing the clothes I gave her , which was a jersey and some shorts. She looked really cute in them.
She fixed her hair and then pulled me into a hug. "Can I trust you?" She asked. "Of course you can trust me, trust me" I said while hugging back.
