Chapter 40

Alex

I was in my car driving everywhere I thought she could've been. But to my unfortunate luck, I didnt.

I stopped the car and punched the steering wheel in anger, frustration, and hurt.

Everyone at school has heard about Rosie missing. I could see the fake sympathy people had on their faces but then there were others who actually cared.

Its been months of people asking me questions, drinking to get rid of the pain, and crying.

Just thinking of all the things that could be happening to her, made tears well up in my eyes.

God you sound like a fucking girl Alex.

Suddenly something clicked inside my head and I thought of Rosie father.

I started the car and drove really fast not caring if there were any polices around.

15 minutes later, I was at her house. I got out of my car and slammed the door shut. I pounded on the door until someone answered.

Once I was about to pound on the door again, her father im assuming answered.

"Who the fuck are you" her father slurred, He's drunk.

Before I gave him a answer I slammed him against the wall and he groaned in pain.

"Where the fuck is she" I said my anger rising.

"Who? Oh you mean that slut, I don't know where she is, she probably whoring around" hearing him talk about my Rosie made me even angrier.

I gripped his collar, "I'm going to ask again, where the fuck is she!"

Then he had thr audacity to fucking laugh in my face.

"I'll give you two riddles to figure out where she is, but if you don't find her in time. She goes bye bye" he smirked.

"Just tell me what the damn ridrles are"

"You're almost at the very end, but this is where your guests come in. I grow up big and tall and lose my clothes in the fall"

I furrowed my eyebrows, thinking of what he said. I let him go not saying anything and walked back to my car.

"You better hurry or else her time is over"

I glared at him, "if i find her and she has one little scratch on her. I will fucking kill you" I said and got in my car.

I thought about the two riddles he gave me and I couldn't put it together.

"You're almost at the very end, but this is where your guests come in. I grow up big and tall and lose my clothes in the fall"

Rosie

"No no no Alex please don't fall for it, its a trap!" I said to myself. Chase made me watch Alex for 3 months through the camera's he put up. That son of  a bitch of a father led him right to me.

"This is perfect" Chase said smirking.

Anger boiled up inside me

"How could you say that!?! You son of  a bitch!"

I looked at the camera with tears in my eyes as I saw Alex becoming frustrated. As I looked closer, you could tell he had bags under his eyes and looked very tired. I just wanted to hug him so badly and tell him it was going to be alright.

Tears welled up in my eyes when I knew what was going to happen if he found me.

"Now now no time to cry, Alex will be so happy to find his beloved...poor thing he doesn't know he's going to be the reason why you die" Chase said in my ear smirking.

"Don't you fucking touch him! Please just stop" I said chocking on a sob.

He gripped my hair and whispered into my ear again.
"I guess happy endings aren't real"

That my folks is another chapter of BUHC. I know its a short story but chapter 41 will probably be long

Who can guess the riddle? What's going to happen in the next chapter? Speaking of next chapter.

Chapter 41 is when everything happens and explains everything, and Chapter 42 will be the epilogue which is the ending. I know we've been through everything together *sigh* but this story must come to an end.

But as you all know there will be a sequel to this story  sooo don't leave yet!
