Meet Again

"So what are you doing out here without protection, blondie?" he said

Lucy's pov

I saw him take a few steps closer to where I was, only inches apart. Why did I have to meet this dangerous, irritating, cocky, cute, sexy- Wait. How could I think that I just met him. 

"I could ask you the same?" I replied

"I was just out for a walk in the woods when I came across you and those men" he lied, I could tell he was lieing

"So... what's the real reason you are here"

"Hmm... alright I'll tell you. I just got out of who knows what and I need a place to stay"

"Well I know of a place you can stay... but first what's your name?"

"Jackal. Why?"

I didn't respond. I turned away and walked out of the woods. I could tell he was following me. I don't know why but he looks like the one in my dream. Now I just need to get info out of him. Except their is one problem. I need to keep him away from those Fairy's that toke me in. I knew just where to take him. I grew wings and started to fly a bit faster and have a little fun along the way by making him caught up. 

Jackal pov

What is with this blonde chick. She knew I was lying. Then she asks for my name. Now I'm following her. But she does look like the one from my memories. That is until she grew wings and I had to caught up to her. I felt like she was doing this for the fun of it. But I need a place so I followed with my speed.

"Well this is where you can stay"

"Thanks"

"Can I ask you something, Jackal?"

"Sure, blondie"

"The name's Lucy... well that's whay I been told. Anyways, were you created in a lab?"

'How did she know that??' Jackal thought "Y-Yeah, why?"

"Looks like were the same"

"How?"

Lucy dragged him inside her mansion. Into her bedroom, he was shocked to see how terrible it looked. The walls had scratchs and for some reason his name was there. ~after helping Lucy to Fairy Tail, then tried to erase what she wrote but only some parts came off~

"Oi, why my name here?"

"That's why I brought you here. You are part of my past. I had dreams about you, we are in the middle of a field. I appearently give you a fl-"

"Flower crown..." Jackal frowned finishing her sentence

Lucy raised a brow "Yes, a flower crown but before that it was terrible memories and after as well. That's the only time I see myself smiling"

"I may be at fault for that..." he went silent

Once again she dragged him out of the room. Taking him to the living room. They sat down and didn't speak for a while... Jackal final spoke

"Now blondie... can I ask you something?"

"Sure"

"In your dream did you ever see me trying to stop you from doing something terrible?"

"Yes, you ended up jumping through a window taking me down. Afterwards, you protect me from a huge amount of magic. I end up remember you telling me you love me and I rushed to your side..."

"I have seen the same but after getting hit by magic. I don't know anything"

Lucy wanted to tell him more, but she couldn't just tell him that he died. That it's been longer than six months since she last saw him. She hugged him, he was shocked at first. He gave up and hugged her back. 

"I'm sorry... Jackal"

"Why?"

A tear rolled down her check as she pulled away. She couldn't look him in the eyes. She got up and flew to her room. She shut her door and sat on her bed.

'What if he hates me. I finally get to see him, but I can't tell him. It's my fault in the first place he died'
